Customer Master Idoc Load BODS

Step 1: Create Datastore Connecting to SAP IDES with below mention details

Application Server: sapdev1.cransoft.com

System Number: 55
System ID: RS1
Client: 810 (Consulting)

Step 2 : Go to DataStore and Import Idoc.

Step 3: Once you get Idoc in datastore, create a dataflow and take the Idoc into dataflow with option
called Make Idoc Message Target .

Step 4 : select all the relevant source for loading and create the same structure as available into
Idoc using Query transform.

Step 5: Prepare necessary mapping between table and query transform.

Step 6: put where clause wherever required.

Step 7: Double click on Idoc and put necessary details in it.

Step 8: Execute Job and wait for its completion.

Step 9: Go to T-Code we02 and look for the Idoc status:

If Idoc status 53 then it is loaded.

If Idoc status 51 then it is loaded (it is an error Idoc).

Step 10 : Select Idoc and double click for more information .

Step 11: if particular Idoc Is failed and or status 51 :

We can debug it in T-code BD87.

OR

Manually change data in sap bods and then load it manually.
