Productivity and Cooperation

Productivity: It is defined as the state of doing or achieving a lot: working hard and getting good results.
This core value will not be only applicable for today, but also for the following week. It is a continuous
process wherein the interventions that will be formulated tomorrow should be done together with the
community to be able to produce good results.
Cooperation: It is defined as working together to do something. Cooperation is applicable to both the
students and the core group. Working together with them can result to understanding and can lead
towards one goal for the improvement of the community.

Introduction:
We, the BSN 4-1 students will conduct a Core Group Meeting today which will be held at the
Barangay Hall of San Juan 1 Ternate, Cavite from one o clock to two oclock in the afternoon.The
presence of the core leaders is very vital since they will be the representative of the community and
through them, we can encourage the other residents to participate in the interventions that we will be
implementing. Their ideas are also important to know their opinions and other suggestion that can
contribute towards the improvement of the community. Through this meeting, we will be able to address
the existing problem and take actions to resolve this by formulating intervention together with the core
group.
The students will continue to immerse with their respective individual families to gather
additional information that we need for future references, and to follow up documentation such as
spiritual aspect and vices of each family members.

Objectives:
General Objectives:
To be able to discuss and collaborate with the Core Group Leaders about the identified problems
and gather recommendations to formulate intervention together with the students
For students:
The students will be able to:

follow the assigned time frame for each task

to coordinate with the core group of the community

establish rapport and good working relationship with the core group leaders

apply communication technique and principles in dealing with the individual families and the
core group leaders

gather additional data regarding to individuals spiritual aspects, and vices

Formulate program interventions together with the core group for the improvement of the
community.

Assess and identify the childrens developmental milestone according to his/her age
