Managed seven-person team of compliance and legal experts in writing and filing state insurance contracts and
SEC disclosure documents. Re-wrote and re-filed base insurance contract to meet new risk management targets.
Led RFI/RFP, research and implementation of improved telephony infrastructure including VoIP, analytics,
