As new Adobe products are developed or existing products are revised, the Campus
Leaders may be invited to participate in beta programs and non-disclosure product
briefings. Adobe asks for their feedback and they are among the first to effectively use
the technology. As Campus Leaders, they are dedicated to creating a dynamic learning
environment on campus.

Program Objectives
1. Build awareness of Adobe solutions and programs for students and faculty that
will improve scholarship and student attainment on campus.
2. Recognize Campus Leaders who integrate Adobe solutions into their courses
and institutions in effective, creative, and exciting ways.
3. Create campus community among the students and faculty to exchange
experiences, projects, and ideas.
4. Involve campus students and faculty in global Adobe education programs.

Membership Expectations
During their term as an ACL, Adobe encourages members to explore various activities
like the ones in the following list. Adobe also asks ACLs to document their activities in
the Adobe Education Exchange as a way of tracking their participation in the program.

Ways to participate as a Campus Leader:

that help participants become more aware of Adobe technology tools,
solutions, and services, and assist them with integrating those solutions
and skills into administrative work or curriculum.

Contribute content to the Adobe Education Exchange.

Engage in on-going personal professional development relating to Adobe

products through webinars, attending Adobe training events, or
participating in beta testing.

Help your school become a testing center.

Disclosure Requirements
Its also important that ACLs disclose their special relationship with Adobe when
speaking or writing about Adobe solutions and make no unsubstantiated claims.
Always disclose involvement with Adobe, and its products or promotions when you
are sharing information about Adobe on a public channel. The disclosure must be on
the same page as the endorsement. For example, make sure your audience
understands that as an ACL you have a special relationship with Adobe that includes
free products in addition to using those products that your school purchases.
Be truthful. Endorsements should not be misleading. If you need additional product or
program information, ask an Adobe contact or find the information on Adobes
website. Never make unsubstantiated or exaggerated claims about the benefits of
Adobe products or programs. Any statements or endorsements about an Adobe
product must be based on your actual experience.

Membership Renewal
The ACL membership term is a one-year term, with an initial start date as of your
acceptance. ACLs who wish to continue in the program for additional terms must
participate and demonstrate their activities mentioned above through their
contributions to the Adobe Education Exchange. After the year term, ACLs will need to
re-apply and be invited to continue for another year term.

Member Benefits
ACL members are offered benefits as part of their membership in the program. These
benefits change over time as opportunities and Adobe solutions change. Here is a list
of the current benefits ACLs receive
