Real-Time Messaging Intelligence For IBM Customers In
Indonesia

Jakarta, 15 December 2014 Prisma Global Solusi (Prisma) announced today

that it would offer TrustSpheres advanced messaging analytics, which can map
critical relationships of an organisation by studying email traffic patterns, for
IBM enterprise customers in Indonesia.

Prisma, a premier IBM business partner, signed an agreement to resell
TrustSpheres Messaging Intelligence software available on the IBM Domino
platforms. Customers will now be able to gain rich insights through relationship
analytics and visualization of relationships for organizations.

Prisma has over 100 clients in Indonesia, including Coca Cola and Accenture.
Through the partnership with TrustSphere, Prismas clients can now access
capabilities to improve sales effectiveness, enhance risk management and fraud
detection by analysing relationships in real time, without analyzing the content
of messages.

TrustSphere delivers its analytics using its patent pending software.. This
software tags individual users and enables objective analysis of traffic patterns
without ever analysing the content of the message. . It can also be used to analyse
other forms of communication data including voice and SMS traffic.
