questions, recruited and screened candidates for qualifications
Training: Created print and web-based tutorials to facilitate training
sessions and mentoring
Scheduling: Designed and implemented staffing plan for six graduate
students engaged in practicum projects

Vision: Wrote library mission statement, 5-year strategic plan and budget

Relocation: oversaw two library moves


Policy: Developed standards for cataloging, circulation and collection
