Important instructions while submitting the application.

Valid certificate for Date of birth such as school leaving certificate.
In case of graduation and post graduation only final year mark sheet and relevant degree certificate
should be enclosed.
In case of professional qualification transcript of marks obtained along with the certification of
institution is necessary.
Two recent colour photographs to be affixed at the appropriate space provided. (Passport size).
Photograph should not be stapled.
Valid caste certificate must be submitted at the time of application.
All testimonials must be attested by any gazette officer or branch manager of Nationalised bank.
No conveyance for the written test and subsequent interview will be entitled.
The candidate should also fill correctly all details including his name on the admission card given
