The registration fee for the solo audition is Rs 500/- per person.
Submission of Registration Forms
1. Download the Registration forms and fill in the details and sign off .
2. After filling all the details, please register by paying Rs 500 per person to the following bank account.

3. The Registration form needs to be scanned and set to us by mail.
4. The bank slip also needs to be scanned and sent to us by mail

The registration Form needs to be filled and signed off along with the Bank slip after reading the Below

NOTE:
1. Once paid , the registration amount cannot be refunded.
2. Once registered please keep the bank slip in hand, which will be used for verification.
3. A copy of the Registration Form and the bank slip needs to be brought by the candidate on the
day of audition in November

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions are for the better understanding between the candidate of the Mega crew and
Hip Hop International India.
For the first time, Hip Hop International India is introducing its own Mega crew to travel and compete at
the World Hip hop Dance Championship U.S.A, California in the Megacrew division on August 2015.
1. The candidate can belong to any age group.
2. Interested candidates will have to register for an initial audition in Mumbai in the month of
November.
3. Those who get selected can also participate in their own adult crew division [if they have one], or
solo division. But strictly not in another Mega Crew division.
4. For the mega crew audition in November, the candidate may choreograph a 1 minute routine and
showcase during audition.
5. After the completion of Audition, the selected candidates will have to undergo a training arranged
by Hip Hop International India, from Nov 2014 to July 2015.This will make sure each dancer will
reach up to the international standards to compete at the World Championship.
6. Hip Hop International India is introducing a package for the following
a. Choreography for 9 months ,i.e Nov 2014 till July 2015
b. Studio for 9 months
c. VISA
d. U.S Flight travel
e. Stay for 6 days to 7 days in US during the World Hip Hop Dance Championship 2015
f. Food 6 days to 7 days in US during the World Hip Hop Dance Championship 2015
g. Costume for performance at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship 2015.
A minimum charge for the package needs to be taken care by the candidate, which will be conveyed
post the Audition Selection.

7. Once audition is complete, the mentioned rules and regulation needs to be signed as an
Agreement between the Selected Candidate and Hip Hop International India
8. If enough participants do not turn out for the audition or if after the audition process, the selected
candidates do not comply by the rules and regulations of the organization, then we may push the
training for the next year 2016 World Hip Hop Dance Championship U.S.A.
VISA
1. The VISA will be acquired for each candidate under the organization, Hip Hop International
India.
2. The U.S VISA will be granted for a span of 10 years for each member of the crew.[thereby
helping the crew to reduce the cost incurred for the VISA fee if the member needs to apply for
the VISA on a every year basis]
