PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The MailRX application is a fairly complex pharmacy application that will be spread over four
mid-range server class machines running AIX. MailRx Pharmacy System is an order processing
and fulfilment system for pharmacy mail order. The system automates the order fulfilment
process from the point an order is received by the pharmacy until it is shipped to the
customer. Most of the activities directly involved with order fulfilment are being performed in
seven general areas: Order Entry, Item Entry, Screening, Claims Processing, Dispensing,
Quality Assurance & Packing and Shipping
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT

Monitoring and solving incident tickets, change requests in 24/7 environment,

adhering to SLAs.
Involved in migration of SQL Server 2000 to 2005/2008.

efficient remittance imaging delivery with minimal information float since the introduction of
our ILIAD suite of products in 1995. Now, ILIAD lockbox services are available nationwide with
sites in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York. With at least 10 years of archive
capability, ILIAD provides unique functionality that no other lockbox vendor offers.
This project is related to the Maintenance and Support of this application for new
enhancements as well as rebuilding the application for an improved performance. JPMorgan
Chase Payconnexion clients have been receiving a robust, flexible, and configurable payment
solution offering billers the ability to efficiently collect revenue electronically using their Web
site, an IVR system or call center representatives. Combined with the Customer Electronic
Payment System, JPMorgan can provide its clients with a fully outsourced receivables
integration solution that interfaces with existing billing systems for faster and more efficient
consolidation of bill payment options.

Project Description:

The ECIL is the leading supplier of integrated electronic systems, voting machines to
government and defense establishments. The central time office is a division of The ECIL,
focused on providing access control and attendance recording service to ECIL Factory. The
project that I worked is EAIS systems, which uses Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft
2003 Server, including a set of cluster servers to be the core production server.
My responsibilities involved to import & export data and migrating databases from UAT
to Production environment. Also responsible to monitor and tune the databases for
performance and availability, modify database structures, develop database backup/recovery
procedures, provide support and guidance to operational models, and forecast database and
platform resource utilization, consistence check, security administration, data quality,
documentation, and technical support.

Providing 24x7 supports for production SQL Server database and maintenance.
Involved in installation & configuration of SQL Server 2005 & 2008.
