Launched software tool called Quantum Clinical Navigation System


(QCNS) into the market using event & direct marketing. Initiatives gained over 20
clients in North & South America, including Johnson & Johnson & helped create
several acquisition offers worth millions.
Produced over 8 websites & updated sites to responsive (multiplatform)
designs. All work was done internally including site map, wireframes, concept,
creative direction, copy writing, key word analysis, & SEO. Original sites redesigns
saw a 50%+ increase in new traffic.
Created social media initiatives for appropriate business. Once acquired
was appointed to a social media start up committee for MEDNAX. Serve as the only
member with social media experience that allowed them to create & institute a
social media & customer service/negative review protocol for 100s of practices.
Formulated integrated marketing & communication campaigns for B2B
channels increasing lead counts over 500% in just six months.
Engineered a complex CRM architecture for three business channels
encompassing both B2B & B2C transactions. The system was able to track revenue

Sona Medspa
Constructed a new marketing infrastructure enabling Sona MedSpa to
acquire 5 new markets & save over $500,000 in the first year. The infrastructure
included: new website, new CRM platform, print-on-demand system, email
marketing solution, sales tools, 90 day lead report, & a rejuvenated advertising
strategy
Introduced email marketing solution that relied on segmentation of
consumers & prospects to increase response. Open rates increased approximately
30%, with some open rates as high as 65%. Back end reporting tied emails to roughly
$56,000 in monthly revenue.
Implemented mobile marketing techniques, in a market where lead
generation was suffering due to economic down turn. The initiative resulted in a
70% increase in leads.
