and everything they need to know about the Lakshya Academy. The website should act as
constant representative where potential students can gain first-hand information about the way
Lakshya Academy works and where current students can go to find everything from the
teachers, take Quizzes, Discuss academic topics on Forum, Live Chat with trainer, Register for
particular events and many more facilities. This is why it is crucial that a Lakshya Academy
website is not only eye catching, but also constantly updated & maintained so that its easy for
the administrator, student or parent to use.

Fee Schedule
The above pricing is effective through 10-10-2014. One half of total project fee is due upon
contract acceptance with remainder due upon project completion. Monthly and yearly items
will be billed one month in advance with net-10 terms.

Next Steps
To proceed with this project, Lakshaya Academy is required take the following steps:

1. Accept the proposal as is or discuss desired changes. Please note that changes to
the scope of the project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply.

2. Finalize and sign contract.

3. Submit initial payment of 50% of total project fee.
Once these steps have been completed we will begin the project with a kick off meeting to
introduce relevant personnel and begin preliminary project activities.

Terms and Conditions

1. Once project fee is paid in full to Skive solutions any elements of text, graphics,
photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Lakshya Academy for
inclusion in website are owned by Lakshya Academy.
2. Skive solutions assumes Lakshya Academy has permission from the rightful owner
to use any images or design elements that are provided by Lakshya Academy for
inclusion in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend skive solutions
from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.
3. Skive solutions retains the right to display graphics and other Web content elements
as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.
Skive solutions also retains the right to place a text link on the bottom of every page.
4. This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of Lakshya Academy
and Skive solutions. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, Lakshya
Academy agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Ara
Bihar and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Ara Bihar.
5. The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between
Lakshya Academy and the Skive solutions regarding all items included in this
agreement.

INVOICES & PAYMENTS
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. You may not withhold any amounts due and we reserves
the right to cease work without prejudice if amounts are not paid when due. Payments are due
upon completion of deliverables and/or automated. If you delayed the execution or performance of
a deliverable we reserve the right to make payments due upon the estimated due date.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document together with any attachments, as well as any new, different or additional terms,
conditions or policies which we may establish from time to time, and any agreement that we are
currently bound by or will be bound by in the future, constitutes the complete and exclusive
agreement between you and us concerning your engagement of us on this project, and supersede
and govern all prior written and verbal communications.
