Since the Elections in Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir are taking place in NovemberDecember 2014, the polls in the national capital can be expected sometime in End January
or February 2015. The Election Commission sources ruled out the possibility of holding
elections for 70-member Delhi elections with that of Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir.The
timing may help the BJP as prices of vegetables will also become moderate with onset of the
new season.The party is also expected to make some big bang announcements for the Capital
including Renuka Dam for supplying drinking water to Delhi and improve functioning of the
municipal corporations where the BJP is in power.
Here in this article I am going to discuss the Charts of Aam Admi Party and Arvind Kejriwal to
see what the planetary positions are indicating for the coming Delhi assembly elections in
Janurary -Feburary 2015 for them.
The inception of the Aam Admi Party was announced at 12:00 hrs on 26th November
2012.New Delhi . Below is the horoscope of Aam Aadmi Party . The partys vision is to fulfill
the dream of SWARAJ that Gandhiji had envisaged for a free India where the power of
governance and rights of democracy will be in the hands of the people of

Balance of Dasha Ven-Ven-Sat 17 years 5 months 27 days The dasha balance in Vimshottari
dasha is of Venus a yog karka and forming a Panch Mahapurush with Lagna Lord
Exhalted along with 9th Lord Mercury an Extra ordinary Yoga. In the 10th house . The two
Saturn and Venus are in yoga in the Navamsha as well, Though in Navamsha Venus is in the
sixth house which will later bring in disputes, struggles and quarrels with in the party. The
Karakamsha is Taurus sign with Amatayakaraka Jupiter placed in it. Both the Karakamsha
Lagna and Swamsha lagna are getting the aspects (Jaimimi aspects) of so many Karakas forming
great Raj yogas. But the 8th house rising and a chara Lagna are not condusive to give
fructification for getting into power with the running Dasha . Venus is the lord of lagna in
Dashamsha as well,,but they have to struggle to come in power due to other combinations .

Rajyogas of Parashari and Jaimini as well .These Parameters gave rise to Arvind Kejriwal
becoming the Chief minister of Delhi in the assembly elections held in 2013 when the dasha was
Venus-Sun-Rahu/Jupiter .
Now let us see the Negatives in the chart which brought about the downfall of the Party.
1. Moon having Marak and Kendraadhipati dosh and connected to fallen Mercury as explained
above the 6th Lord who is at the most effective point in the 10th house see the lagna degrees
25.26 and Mercury 24.12 .
2.There is Planetary war in the 10th house see the degrees Saturn is 12.03 and Venus 11.09 and
winner is Venus, The head of the party will not listen to his party workers and there may be
disputes in the party itself.
3. Aam Admai party following the Dharma strictly may not bring good results for them, we have
already seen the Party trying to bring strong revolution during their tenure for 49 days and then
the Party head resigning and leaving the chief Ministership due to struggles and opposition
Parties .
4. Moon played a vital role in the chart and due to in decisiveness Arvind Kejriwal left the
ground and resigned .
5. Another parameter which is negative is the 8th house rising in navamsha and Moon going in
the 8th house as per rashi tula navamsha . In Navamsha the Rajyoga of Saturn and Venus is in
Rahu-ketu axis and aspected by Deblitated Mars who is the 11th lord of the Birth chart. The
Pryantater at the time when Arvind Kejriwal resigned in Mid Feburary 2014 was Jupiter the
12th Lord and 8th lord of Navamsha in Rahu Ketu axis, even the next Sub Sub dasha Rahu not
placed well.
6. Generally a movable lagna for the muhurat of the inception of a Political party is not
good and more so with 8th house leo rising in navamsha which is fixed whose lord is
debilitated in Navamsha and Dashamsha
Let us study the Strenght of the chart with respect to the 10th house fructifications for
performance
The Rashi chart has good Parashari and Jaimini yogas as explained
above.

Venus and Saturn are in Planetary war and the Signification of Profession and
Politics Saturn has lost in Planetary war and 10th house connected to a Fallen Mercury
retrograde is negative as explained above .We have already seen the effect of these negative
parameters and Aam Admi Party is struggling to come in power . They also could not make any
dent in the General elections of the country in 2014 .

above . when Mid cusp Lord is afflicted then the Party head can be arrested , it should be well
placed from Lagna Lord in Dashamsha and in this chart it is 2/12 axis. Mid Cusp Lord is also
attichari and very close to Sun brings quick changes in career . The Party will not be able to
acclaimatize with work and there will be instability in career . The Midcusp lord Saturn is in the
nakshatra of Rahu and its placement is 2/12 , whose dispositor is in 12th house , they should be
well placed in Kendra/ Trikona . Mid Cusp Lord is the inertia granter for profession, it is the life
giving source, it may offer great oppurtunities , but it will be difficult for the party to convert the
same for long term benefits. In Dashamsha D10 Saturn is strong in its 10th house in its Moot
Trikona sign Status of the Party would be indicated by this Placement , Saturn is only strong and
gained some lost strength in Dashamsha , but other parameters as explained above are not strong
enough to give the Party a very strong image in the coming elections.

of Dashamsha Saturn. Lagna Lord of Rashi chart here is in own house but 10th Lord of Rashi
Chart in good house but in Rahu-Ketu axis . Saturn and Sun should be well placed in this
chart Sun loses strength in this chart

Dasha at the time of Delhi Assembly elections will be Venus-Moon- Rahu may not be able
to fructify strong results in the favour of Aam Admi Party
Transit of Planets Saturn is Placed in the 8th house from natal Moon and Jupiter in the
4th house and Rahu in the 6th house from Natal Moon and its dispositor Mercury in the sign
Capricorn in Retrogression , except Rahu the Major Planets are not placed well. Hence Aam
Admi party may not be able to gain mileage in the forthcoming Delhi assembly elections to be
held in Last week of Janurary or First week of Feburary

Arvind Kejriwal is born with Leo Lagna the 5thhouse of the natural zodic and the 5th Lord

placed in Lagna closed to the Most effective point in the Lagna degrees will attribute
significations of Jupiter , Mercury and Realtion of the 5th house significations together with
2nd and 11th house significations . but Mercury is also in Mrityu bhag The day when he is born is

9th house with Retrograde Saturn and is again in Rashi sandhi and is of Krishna Paksha ashtami,
hence Malefics become strong specially Saturn and Mars and Mars being debilitated acquires
maleficiance and placed in the 12th house will not be able to give good results Sun Lagna
Lord is also weak and in the 12th from Raj yoga Planets in Lagna. Both Saturn and Mars are
Deblitated and strong malefic since the native is born in Krishna Paksha

Arvind Kejriwal resigned from the Post of Chief Ministership in the second week of Feburary
2014 when the Dasha was Jupiter-Mercury-Mars. In Dashamsha also it is Deblitated and placed
in the 6th house.

Let us analyse the strength for the political career of the native

Karka for Profession and Politics Saturn is Retrograde and debilitated Saturn in
Retrogression for profession is good but being debilitated is not good and specially being the
Lord of the 10th house from 10th house the 7th house . Saturn is in Ayudh Dreshkanne , gives the
native valor and vitality but becomes Kroor in nature .
Mid Cusp lord of the 10th house is 19.19+15 = 34.15 degrees and hence Gemini 4.15
degrees and lord is Mrigshira and Lord is Mars Deblitated, any affliction on the Mid cusp Lord
is bad for the career . It is well placed with Lagna Lord but ill placed from Anter and Pryanter
Dasha Lords . The Present Dasha Lords Jupiter Mercury are ill placed from Mars, but Saturn
the Pryanter Dasha Lord Saturn at the time of Delhi election is placed in the 10th house but
Retrograde and debilitated and Saturns dispositor is again Deblitated hence Saturn becomes
extremely weak to give good results during the Election period. , Since Mars is Placed in 2/12
axis with Dasha and Anter dasha Lords , there will be loss of any thing gained and struggles for
achieving the results. , When Mis cusp Lord is afflicted then the Person faces adverse situations

Power . Arvind Kejriwal resigned as chief Minister in the dasha of Jup-Mercury Mars on the
15th Feburary 2014 . Mars is also with Sun, hence Mars is attichari, hence brings frequent
changes in Career, we are all aware of the changes what Arvind Kejriwal has gone
through. Mars is in the nakshatra of Saturn and we have already discussed Saturn, More over
Dispositor of Mars, Moon is again connected to a Deblitated planet and an inimical planet to it
Saturn. Mars is also not well placed from the 10th lord Venus .
10th Pada is Scorpio and Lord is again debilitated , Relation of Mars with 10th Pada is good
but weak , In Dashamsha D10 also Mars is Deblitated . A Deblitated Midcusp lord of the
10th house causes anguish and Pain, In Navamsha D9 it is in Libra and aspected again by
Deblitated Saturn reduces its strength, Hence Mars who is Yog karka for Leo lagna and
acquiring the status as a Midcusp lord of the 10thhouse and debilitated and not placed well in
Varga charts will not give him any success specially in the dasha running at the time of Elections
Transit of Planets Moon in the sign of Aries the Transit will be same as that for the Aam
Admi party and not a favorable one
Dasha Running at the time of Elections Jupiter-Mercury-Saturn. I have already
discussed above and will not bear good fruits .
Astrologically, there are combination of political violence in the horoscope of Aam Admi party
and the Planetary positions of Arvind Kejriwal for the fructification are not conducive to give
good results for the coming elections they may not be able to get good mileage out of these
Elections. Thechart of BJP is also not Strong but, Every thing for BJP is revolving around Mr. N
Modi whose chart is very strong. my observation . The Party head horoscope is more condusive
to bring in strength then the Party chart, this is also evident from BJP and Narinder Modi Chart.

Congress is losing grounds hence although there may be tough fight in the Assembly elections in
Delhi between AAP and BJP, but BJP will be the winner .
