Unemployment
is serious problem that our government faces. Our leaders are trying their utmost
best to solve it wisely. If it is not solved sooner, a social revolution may take plea to
have its solution. The main cause ofunemployment is the repaid growth of
populations. Since independence the populations of India has increased by threes
times its total. When people multiply, there raises the problems
of unemployment and it becomes difficult for government to provide employment
to a sufficient number of people. As a matter of principle it becomes the duty of
government to provide employment to all as far as possible and we are blessed that
our government is taking keen interest to solve this series problem of today. As the
growth of populations is going unchecked, jobs and services in a given field
commonly remains insufficient. When our youths do not find employment despite
their best efforts, they get irritated and feel disappointed.

There are three types of unemployment, viz., labor class who are not educated,
educated persons without possessing any technical qualifications and technical
persons such as engineers and technical. Let us implore them one by one.

In case of labor class there are lakhs of people who earn their livelihood daily and
gather themselves on some specific place just to find daily employment somewhere.
They are not disappointed to a great extends. Sometimes they find employment and
sometimes they return to their houses without finding employment. They are
habituated to adjust themselves with the circumstance, though they also become
irradiated and disappointed sometimes when problems of food and clothing arise
before them. This is the case with general labor of the cities. As regards the

agriculture labor of the village, theyre also not disappointed to a great extent as
they find seasonal employment very easily in the farms and fields of big farmers.

Since the number of educated persons is increasing day by day, we are not in a
position to afford a venue of work for this growing number. As such our educated
persons are very much disappointed when they wander dark roads in search of
employment. As they do not possess any technical and practical training, they only
try to find clerical job which are not sufficiently according to the
increasing number of educated persons. It has become a very ticklish problem
which is being faced by our government.

As regards educated persons, possessing technical qualifications, they tend to be

frustrated when they do not find employment despite their best qualifications. There
can be in no two opinions that they find their employment very easily on
the merits of their technical qualifications, but according to the
increasing number of such educated persons also become victims
of unemployment. Education is a very good thing and one must be educated but the
irony of it is that when we offer educations to young people we are not in position
to offer jobs to them. This is the very cause of disappointment among our
educated youths.

The educated youth should change their mind also and they should think of selfemployment, rather than searching jobs and services hither and there wasting their
energy. In this way very serious problem ofunemployment may be saved to a great
extent.

Should Students be Allowed to Grade Teachers?

Understanding the subject matter of any given course is vital to the academic
success of any student. Teachers have an obligation to educate their students in a
comprehensive fashion, and students should have an obligation to review the
competency of their professors.
When registering for classes, students are often faced with the dilemma of which
professor to select. It is often the case that this decision is made blindly, or based off
the input from a friend that has taken the professor previously. The problem with
this method is that students are left making choices with unreliable data. Clearly, it
is not fair to rate the quality of a professor based on a single reviewers opinions. In
situations where this decision is made without any input at all, the consequences are
equally detrimental. Without the ability to review their teachers, students are likely
to continue making uninformed professor choices. Due to the lack of insight,
students will be left with semesters of unnecessary confusion and a cheapened
educational experience.
Some teachers argue that students should have no such opportunity to review their
professors, and that the above argument mistakenly suggests that the majority of
teachers are incompetent. It is argued that a student cannot accurately assess the
competency of a professor, and that a teachers credentials are enough to prove their
qualifications. Every teaching professor has fulfilled the necessary requirements for
them to instruct a classroom, and those credentials should not for any reason be
opened up for scrutiny.
In response to the above objection, it is important to clarify that the original
argument does not suggest that the majority of professors are unqualified to teach,
but rather it suggests that students will benefit from such information. Furthermore,
the original argument states that with access to student-teacher reviews, students
will be better equipped with the knowledge necessary to make qualified decisions

on which professors they should choose. By knowing which professors better fit
their learning style, students will have a more effective learning experience in class,
and an overall better understanding of the subject matter. Since students do not
always have access to first-hand reviews, they are unable to make accurate
decisions on which professor is a better fit for them, resulting in a less than optimal
learning experience.
In summary, when students are informed of a professors teaching style, they are
able to more accurately register for a professor best suited for them. Without access
to such reviews, students are left guessing which professor is best for them,
resulting in an undesirable learning experience for the student as well as an
inhibited understanding of the subject matter at hand. Thus, it is important for
students to review their professors, and teachers should encourage them to do so

Advertising on Television
In the modern world, television has become an important part of every family
and likewise advertising has become an important part of the television. I agree
that advertising on television is generally beneficial to the viewers.
Advertising on television helps us to know about the new products released in
the market. It gives us a good exposure of the all the products. Everything about
the product can be known like its price, its use etc. People can have a general
idea about the product beforehand and this helps them practically, when they buy
the product in the stores.
Advertising is not limited to grocery or household products, but advertising on
real estate and matrimonial is also very helpful. People planning to buy a house
can be benefited by the advertisements on the television. They come to know
about different agencies and organizations, which can help them, buy their
dream house. Advertising of matrimonial on the television also helped many
people find their life partners.
Apart from the above advantages, advertising also gives prior information about
the upcoming events in the city. This helps people plan their schedule so that

they wont miss the events and functions. Unlike radios in the olden days,
televisions of today are more useful because we can hear as well as watch all the
advertisements.
There are negative and positive effects of everything. But it depends on us how
we handle it, so I would say that we should have a positive attitude towards
advertising on television. This can make our life more easy and comfortable. It
gives us more exposure, knowledge and information about the world we live in.
Thus advertising on television is beneficial to viewers.

It is common knowledge that advertising on TV which appeared long long ago is quite beneficial
to viewers.
In the first place, it provides detailed information about various products to customers in the
easiest way to remember. It can'n be denied that consumers is very confused at choosing
models or labels when they only rely on short information on leaflets...In contrast, advertising
on TV supplies sufficient usages so that people can quickly make decision whether to buy or not
a product. Moreover, these usages are accompanied with motion picture and obvious examples.
Consequently, it is simple for people to conceive of function of products.
Secondly, advertising on TV is considered as a tool to entertain. Generally, after working hard,
people will listen to music or watch TV. These are the best way to relax. Instead of watching
films, so many people watch advertisement programs. It helps them not only get information
but also enjoy their rest time.
After all, advertising on TV is perfect choice of intelligent people when they want to know
apparently about products before they buy them.

Advertising on television is a relative produrct of television. Most of people spend at least one hour
a day watching television. There are ten percent of television time playing commercial. Advertising

is not just junk. On the other hand, it is a modern socail science in mass communication field.

Because of a lot of insticts of new merchandise, many tv-watchers become consumers. Somtimes
they are persuaded how incredible and perfect the product is. After shopping, they keep the goods
on the top floor of the closet or in a hidden corner of the garbage. Another problem is specific to
children. Innocent children are easy to copy what they watch on television. Unlimited content of
advertising is immoral.

However, we still can have a good time on watching advertising on television. There are more and
more advertising involving new cultural events or knowledge. The most spectacular advertising
must be full of creativity and imaginity. Besides commercials, unbeneficial advertising, such as
saving improspertive children in Africa, is a postive example.

Even though over half of people go to the washroom or take a cup of tea in the period of
advertising, the importance of advertisinnng can't be ignored simply.

We watch television everyday and of course we know that there are good programs and bad ones.
People encourage television programmers to produce educational programs. And we should do so
to advertising workers. I think vigorous advertisinng should be awarded more than normal
programs because it is not easy to express many things in a one-minute commercial. The creators
of advertising must be intelligent. In conclusion, we should encourage more positive and harmless
advertising on television.
