WHO ARE WE
HISTORY
DAVLIN Consulting is a company formed in 2013 by a group of professionals working within the Hydro Power
Generation Industry in South America. DAVLIN was created to meet the demanding challenges that industrial
construction projects have and to provide a complete Construction and Project Management service to clients who
require excellence and confidence so that their objectives can be achieved.
With a combined experience of 70 years in the Construction industry on projects that range from Mining, Oil and
Gas, Power Generation, and public infrastructure projects such as Bridge Road Construction, DAVLIN offers
reliability and performance in the fields of Contractual matters, HSE, Cost Control, Schedule Monitoring, Quality and
Design.

Marc has over 20 years International experience providing quality services to some of the Worlds leading
operators in Oil and Gas and Power Generation.

Odd Lindal Senior Partner who has over 45 years experience in the Construction Industry as a Project
Manager in the development of International projects in DAVLIN specialized core industries.

INTRODUCTION
DAVLIN Consulting has a core service capacity and this revolves around providing Construction Management and
Project Management to the industry. Acting as Contractor, Engineer or Client consultant, DAVLIN brings a
professional perspective to Contract Administration from key positions. Our team of professionals, provides all
encompassing support and supervision from FEED stage to Commissioning and to completion of a project upto
handover to the client.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Delivering from CONCEPT to COMPLETION
During the Delivery phase, DAVLIN shall analyze the feasibility of options identified in the concept phase and push
these through into matured defined, safe and successfully executed projects, whilst at the same time ensuring the
customers costs are efficiently maintained.

The philosophy of DAVLIN is to help its customers to take their project from their initial phase through to successful
handover and operation. We have the ability to safely and consistently deliver projects large and small, across a
range of industries and environments, in line with our customer expectations.
Our people at DAVLIN, have the experience and competence to achieve the following;

Define the development

Execute the project safely, on time and to budget

DEFINE
During the Define phase, our people shall optimize the technical scope, capital cost, schedule and execution plans for
the selected developments. This takes into account the Front End studies to maximize the value in the investment
decision prior to project sanction. To ensure that the decision making process is the correct one we ensure;

Technical specialists manage the efficiency and technical integrity of the design
Practices such as process simplification, value engineering and constructability reviews are executed to
maximize value
Experienced teams with a deep practical knowledge within their respective industries prepare for best-fit
contract execution strategies
Cost and schedule benchmarking is carried out to provide probabilistic capital and operating cost estimates
and implementation schedules

EXECUTE
Following project sanction, DAVLIN has the capacity to mobilise a specifically organized and specialized Construction
Project Management team, with the full range of EPCM or PMC capabilities. We follow the concept that our
performance is measured by our results and when this is the case, we recognize the importance to face issues head
on. Our ability to deliver projects for customers facing a variety of challenges, including tight schedules, remote and
logistically constrained sites and unique or innovative environmental or technological considerations is one of the
strengths that define the principles of DAVLIN.
Throughout the Execute phase, we shall provide our customers with support extending from detailed design through
to full engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) and project management consultancy (PMC)
services. Our experience enables us to:

Establish projects rapidly and align our skills with our customers, contractors and other partners
Initiate appropriate health, safety and environmental strategies tailored to suit particular project
requirements
Maintain transparent and up to date project schedules and diligent progress reporting structures to ensure
project status is always up to date and reflective of actual status
Manage effective processes for efficient change management, in time to make a difference
Ensure the timely integration of disciplined engineering teams to ensure a fully integrated and coordinated
effort is applied to all phases from construction to completion.
