Ex. Wireless landline of BAYAN gave growth to unlimited
promos of other competitors
2. Growth of the PLDT Group (digitel, PLDT, etc)
Digitel became stronger when PLDT bought them
3. Natural Disasters
a. Ondoy and Sendong
i. Facilities of BAYANTEL aka cabinets are flooded
ii. There are no services on these areas, though BAYAN
is less affected
4. Preference of People (Cellphone vs. Landline)
5. Many customers from other areas wants or products but:
