Vessel list notes Ftr/Stle = Borg do not use shuttles or fighters the smallest borg ship is the E Class scout.
*** Mega- structure (Optional Rule) these vessels are made of multiple "rings" or modules.
To destroy s Mega vessel each ring must be completely destroyed!

In basic each ring add's one more HC layer of HDP to the vessels total HDP.
Each Tier cost the VP Bonus (xx%) listed in the VP Column for the vessel.
The maximum number of tiers is indicated in the HC Column in brackets (x#.
Each additional tier adds one extra WC and SC so a tier 3 vessel would have 3 primary weapons and 3
shields.

The SDP of all shields is added together and treated as one shield.
When a Mega vessel is reduced to 20% HDP or the vessels last tier (whichever is lower HDP Value) it is
classed as crippled.

Vessel Abilities - (Advanced game only)

Any vessel may be modified to different roles, how many roles a vessel has only depends on how much a
player will spend on it, bear in mind giving a vessel hundreds of abilities or roles will not make it last longer in
battle, hulls are only so tough (All VP calculation fractions are rounded to the nearest whole number to min 1
VP). overall cost for Borg vessel's is calculated at -15% when selecting standard designs from the Borg vessel
list for a Borg Fleet only.
If building a Borg Vessel using the vessel design rules the following abilities are added to the options available
for Borg vessels and replace the normal rules listed in the Standard edition book.
(360) 360 Optimised Weapons - (+25% WVP) Borg vessels have full 360 weapon fire at full weapon class.
(ASM) Assimilation - (+25% HVP) - All borg ships are assault vessel with 4x the standard MBP aboard, Any
enemy MBP they destroy in a boarding action become new MBP aboard the vessel conducting the boarding
action.
(COL) Collective mind - (Free to Borg vessels, -2 TURN Initiative roll) The BORG Ignore all morale rules, Each
Squadron is controlled by an Terceira Adjunct Borg(TB), Each Combat wing is controlled by a Prime Borg (PB)
and the entire fleet is controlled a Queen Borg(QB), loss of any controller bellow a Queen simply results in a
new TB or PB being designated, this however takes one movement phase which the unit in question stay inert
for 9the don't move but may fire at vessels that attack them), If the QB is destroyed the Borg will withdraw
immediately (However the QB is usually aboard the fleets biggest nastiest cube! only on very rare occasions
such as in a small scout force will She/It be found aboard a command Diamond or smaller vessel.
(CTB) Improved Cutter Tractor beams - (+10% HVP) - Borg Tractor beams have twice the normal range and are
-1 to break tractor-lock against, they do 1D4 times the standard damage if used as weapons, a Borg vessel has
one CTB per hull class over D so each class Borg Hull carries D1, C2, B3, A4, A+5 (Mega Vessels carry one extra
CTB Per tier so a tier 3 Mega cube would have 8 CTB's). If a CTB locks on to the target vessel the damage
directly effects the target's HDP bypassing the Shield's!.
(REG) Regenerative Hull - (+50% HVP) - Borg hull's regenerate damage at an amazing rate as the drones
aboard conduct repairs, whole destroyed sections can literally be seen to "re-grow" in minutes. Borg vessels
get a repair phase at the end of each combat phase and may role 1d4 times the number of repair dice for their
Hull class for repairs, results of 1 on a repair roll are Ignored!

(HA) Hull armour - (+25% HVP) Borg Tactical vessels are heavily armoured and only take half the damage
rounded up (minimum 1 point) from any penetrating hits.
Omni-directional movement - All Borg vessels can move in any direction desired, They do not make turns as
they have all round "Gravity" drives, This however makes them slow at Sub-light speeds, Borg vessels must
move in a straight line!.
Other borg abilities come from the Standard book list, only those in the table bellow may be used for Borg
Vessels.
