PASSNET (A common fare card for private railways in the Tokyo metropolitan area パスネット)
Prepaid cards (valued at : ¥1,000, ¥3,000, ¥5,000) can be used as a stored fare system that networks almost all railways in the
Tokyo metropolitan area except the Japan Railways (JR). By putting the card through an automated wicket, when you get on and
off, the fare for a user 12 years old and above is automatically deducted from the card.
