Remove lifting eyes from

rams and install onto rams.
Inspect bonnet seals, replace if
needed. Lift into place and
install dual rams into position
with winch. Remove winch and
lifting eyes from rams, apply
small amount of grease to ram
and bonnet seals to prevent
damage when closing bonnets.
Ensure rams are seated level.

UPR 4-way valve to open
position, till rams retract to
bonnet body and bonnets close
completely. Leave 4-way valve
in open position, wind in bonnet
bolts and hammer up. Clear
work area of tools.

hammer.
