Design and layout specifications of poster

The entire poster must be mounted on a 3 feet x 2 feet foam-core board. The
poster does not necessarily have to fill the entire working area.
The board must be oriented in the "landscape" position (long dimension is
horizontal).

A banner displaying your poster title, name, and department (or class, if
appropriate) should be positioned at top-center of the board (see Figure 1).

Make it obvious to the viewer how to progressively view the poster. The
poster generally should read from left to right, and top to bottom. Numbering
the individuals panels, or connecting them with arrows is a standard
"guidance system" (see Figure 1).

Leave some open space in the design. An open layout is less tiring to the eye
and mind.

Poster sessions will be held at designated times where authors (students) will
have the opportunity to present their work.

Posters must be mounted on the scheduled day of the designated period

between 09:00AM to 06.00PM and remain mounted until the end of the
designated period.

Posters should be neat, concise and must be drawn on standard white chart
sheet.

Authors must be present at their posters throughout their assigned poster

session.

Presenting authors (students) are recommended to be present at their poster

board during all breaks.

The poster must have the same information as the submitted report.

Title, Name(s) of Author(s) and Branch of presenting authors (students) must

appear at the bottom of the poster.

Please make sure that the title and content of your poster matches the
information you submitted in your report.

The text and illustrations should be large enough to read from a distance of
two meters (six feet).

It is strongly recommended that posters are professionally designed

(Handmade) to project a positive image of the presenter's work.

Posters must be removed after the designated period of display.
