MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 012-2013

AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HON. JUAN MITRE
GARCIA TO SIGN FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF GUINOBATAN IN A MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF
GUINOBATAN AND THE CAGSAWA RURAL BANK, INC., FOR
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THEIR LOAN ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM.

WHEREAS,
the
Cagsawa Rural Bank, Inc., a banking institution
established and operating in Daraga, Albay, had offered its
services to the Local Government of Guinobatan,
particularly its program granting loan assistance to
permanent personnel of government institutions, among
others;
WHEREAS,
after due perusal of the terms and conditions of said
loan assistance program, as embodied in the draft of the
Memorandum of Agreement and other documents
submitted to the office by the bank, this august body is of
the view that approval of the same is expected to be
beneficial to the employees;
WHEREAS,
this august body also deems that the approval of the
same would be necessary and practical as it would provide
the much needed assistance in times of great financial

needs and unforeseen emergencies/exigencies

experienced/undergone by LGU employees;

being

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of
Guinobatan, Albay in session assembled, to authorize as it
hereby authorizes the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Juan Mitre
Garcia to sign for and in behalf of the Municipality of
Guinobatan in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
between the Local Government of Guinobatan and the
Cagsawa Rural Bank, Inc., for the implementation of their
loan assistance program.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the said draft Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) is made an integral part of this
Resolution and hereto attached and marked as Annex A.
