Condition
Customer perceived condition of radio volume
changing by itself may be caused by the noise
compensation function Audiopilot, which is
part of the BOSE amplifier.
Some customers may find this function to be
too aggressive and for some individuals a
noticeable volume fluctuation can be heard.
Note:
Audiopilot can not be selected in the radio
menu. The selectable radio function SVC is a
vehicle speed controlled volume adjustment
and operates independently from the
Audiopilot.
Note:
This condition is not related to in-car
microphone. Do not muffle or disconnect
microphone.
