Native of this query was in deep financial crisis & wanted to sale his property urgently. Deal was not
getting through because of rate negotiation as he wanted good price to overcome his financial problem

So dasa chain is Saturn/Mercury/Mercury/Jupiter from 10th April 2012 to 29th April 2012
Querent confirmed that he sold his property on 26th April 2012
