Work experience

2 to 5 years of Operational/HR experience preferably

Should possess knowledge of Performance Management Processes and passion for client interaction and data
management/reporting around PM processes.
2-5 years of business experience preferably in a busy, high volume HR/Operations office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to comprehend, interpret and communicate with clarity
Strong skills in -MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Highly organized with attention to detail
Must have good follow-through skills and good client service orientation
Must be able to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines
Must be able to handle highly confidential data
Should be able to multitask and efficiently plan, organize and deliver results with quality
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and abilities of an effective team player, partnering and building relations across
various groups BA, COE, RM, ES etc.

The key job responsibilities include the following:

Gain in depth knowledge of the Performance management related processes for assigned Business Group
Take complete ownership of managing/ delivering on an assigned process/set of activities related to PM activities
Support the data requirements and reporting requests support as required for PM Processes across US and USI and
work closely with Process Specialists, PM Leads and BA's
Perform data analysis around PM processes and responsible for providing On time and error free reports related to
PM processes
Take active part in intra team and cross team/ cross functional activities during peak and lean periods
Proactively manage and escalate any issues affecting timeliness of data management reports/data generation
Responsible for Mailbox Management for assigned function
Participate in telephonic calls to resolve issues/ highlight areas for improvement with US and USI stakeholders
Provide quality deliverables as per timelines and adhere to the SLA & TAT defined for PM processes.
