Title: BioMin - A Database on Bio-mineralization Processes

BioMin includes most of the bio-mineralization processes that have been discovered and documented so far and for
which any kind of information is available either online or in the journals. The regulators affecting these processes
are also included and all the details regarding their properties, function, etc are incorporated. The sequence, 2D and
3D structures of the regulators have been collected from online databases like Swiss-Prot, PDB, Modbase and
DrugBank and list of mutations from OMIM. The regulators for which the structures were not available have been
modeled using software MOE (Molecular Operating Environment).The database can be viewed at
http://www.juit.ac.in/assets/biomin/main.html.

The diabetes database has been designed keeping in mind the use/work of bioinformatics specialists in hospitals
who apart from having ample knowledge about the genes relating to the disease and their respective annotations

database stores information regarding the disease, genes and annotation of the genes.
Title: A Viral Database of subtypes of Hepatitis-B Virus and SARS-Corona Virus

This Viral Database stores important information regarding the 2 pathogenic viral species Hepatitis B Virus and
SARS-Corona Virus. The genomic sequences of different subtypes of the viruses were annotated using
bioinformatics tools. The first set of information consists of the diseases caused by the virus, its host, the class to
which it belongs and its subtypes. The next few sets are related to GENOMICS and PROTEOMICS respectively.
