include the impact of training on employee productivity, employee motivation and employee
commitment, employee management relationship and finally employee job satisfaction in the
workplace.
2.2 Employee productivity (Dimension 1)
Beach (2006) observed that The employee productivity has significant impact on employee
well-being and job performance reaches established by the previous researchers. According to
the previous researchers there is a significant relationship between employee training and
productivity. There are some significant determinants that can easily measure the productivity
of the individuals in the workplace based on the supervisors ratings. In making them less
tendency to slow down the work performance, fewer tendencies to shrinking and finally more
involvement and organisational citizenship income present with the less productive
employees. In addition to their reserves positive relationship between training and
productivity of the individuals which is shown continuous interest in the organisation
environment. According to the previous researchers it is also that when the employees are
trained to perform the designated job responsibility then it increases their productivity.
Therefore more training can improve the productivity of the individuals in the workplace. On
the other hand it is also that the productive workers are always satisfied with their art so there
is less transparent work commitment in the workplace. Training plays an important role to
develop of productivity in the workplace. In this stage when the employees are satisfied with
the work then it is possible to get the best possible outcome. In order to improve the
organisational performance and to gain competitive advantage over the competitors employee
training and productivity are the important strategic tool for the organisation. It is observed
by the previous researchers that employee productivity can also join significant contribution
towards the employee motivation in the workplace. In addition to improve the employee

productivity it is significant emphasises upon the employee job satisfaction. By providing

effective training it is possible for the management to double up employee productivity
among the individuals as the employees are committed towards their work. It also enhances
the management to reduce the employee turnover and to increase employee retention in the
workplace. In addition to create employee productivity in the workplace it is significant for
the management to focus upon the intrinsic and extrinsic reward system which may act as

also added an extra mileage towards the improvement of employee satisfaction in the
workplace. On the other hand Boxall and Macky (2007) observed that here is a significant
relationship between employee productivity and training. When there is job satisfaction than
the employees are more committed and productive in their designated job responsibilities. On
the other hand the employees the lower productivity and lower commitment many result of
the less training for the designated job responsibilities. At present change management is
considered to be a new concept in competitive marketplace. It is commonly accepted by the
employees properly trained to adopt the changes. In this context it is significant for the
management to take into account the needs and requirements of the individuals in the
workplace. It is also criticised by the researchers that training itself alone cannot make the
employee productivity in the workplace. There are some other significant determinants that
needs to be emphasised by providing effective training towards the individuals. In this stage
employee needs and expectations needs to be considered while providing training in order to
implement employee job satisfaction in the workplace. In addition to the reward system also
plays a significant role by developing employee productivity . In this stage when the
employees receive the reward according to the expectation then there is an opportunity to
improve the level of employee productivity in the workplace. It is only possible by providing
effective training to give the best possible outcome according to the employers expectation.
Finally training can be identified as one of the significant determinant that can make the
employees more comparable in the workplace and can also improve the willingness among
the individuals to

significant relationship between employee training, productivity and performance. The

improvement in productivity can result in degrees obscenities and, effective team work and
higher commitment in the workplace. In this stage if there is a lack of training then the
employees will be less interested in their own. Therefore the productivity is likely to fall.
Some of the researchers has stated that the reward program be defined as the productive
worker. On the strength of productive work is much more however than the employees with

less productivity. . By providing effective training it is possible for the management to

develop productivity among the individuals as the employees are committed towards their
work. It also enhances the management to reduce the employee turnover and to increase
employee retention in the workplace. In addition to create employee productivity in the
workplace it is significant for the management to focus upon the intrinsic and extrinsic
reward system which may act as supportive measure besides that training offered by the
organisation. Carrier planning can be also added an extra mileage towards the improvement
of employee productivity in the workplace. At present change management is considered to
be a new concept in competitive marketplace. It is commonly accepted by the employees
properly trained to adop the changes. In this context it is significant for the management to
take into account the needs and requirements of the individuals in the workplace. It is also
criticised by the researchers that training itself alone cannot make the productivity in the
workplace. There are some other significant determinants that needs to be emphasised by
providing effective training towards the individuals. In this stage employee needs and
expectations needs to be considered while providing training in order to implement employee
job satisfaction in the workplace. In addition to the reward system also plays a significant
role by developing employee job satisfaction . In this stage when the employees receive the
reward according to the expectation then there is an opportunity to improve the level of
employee job satisfaction in the workplace. Sayler (2003) added that It is only possible by
providing effective training to give the best possible outcome according to the employers
expectation. Finally training can be identified as one of the significant determinant that can
make the employees more comparable in the workplace and can also improve the willingness
among the individuals to improve productivity.

of skills and knowledge and abilities and all the individuals to perform the job in an efficient
manner. It is also criticised by the researchers that when there is a lack of motivation it is not
possible to give the best possible outcome from the employees even they are trained to
perform the job. Employee motivation is considered to be one of the crucial issues in current
competitive business world. Human resources are considered to be the capital investment for
the company through which it is possible to completely the competitors. In this stage to go
work proper training towards the individuals it is important for the organisation in to invest in

terms of induction, development and finally employee retention. It is significant for the
management to increase the level of employee motivation in order to reduce the operational
cost. It is not possible to repudiate the human resources as there is an extremely crucial for
the organisation. In addition to improve the employee motivation it is significant emphasises
upon the employee job satisfaction. By providing effective training it is possible for the
management to double up employee motivation among the individuals as the employees are
committed towards their work. It also enhances the management to reduce the employee
turnover and to increase employee retention in the workplace. In addition to create employee
motivation in the workplace it is significant for the management to focus upon the intrinsic
and extrinsic reward system which may act as supportive measure besides that training
offered by the organisation. Career planning can be also added an extra mileage towards the
improvement of employee satisfaction in the workplace. On the other hand it is also that
there is a significant relationship between employee motivation and training. When there is
job satisfaction than the employees are more committed and productive in their designated
job responsibilities. On the other hand the employees the lower motivation and lower
commitment many result of the less training for the designated job responsibilities. At present
change management is considered to be a new concept in competitive marketplace. It is
commonly accepted by the employees properly trained to adop the changes. In this context it
is significant for the management to take into account the needs and requirements of the
individuals in the workplace. It is also criticised by the researchers that training itself alone
cannot make the employee satisfied in the workplace. There are some other significant
determinants that needs to be emphasised by providing effective training towards the
