COMMENTS FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS CONFIDENTIAL EVALUATIONS

The course was very useful, dynamic, educational and fun. I will recommend this course to be a core course to all staff and management
alike as part of a prerequisite for our company. Very-very well presented. The course makes you think outside the box and see what is
already in the box.
Foundations for Leadership was/is a very valuable tool for enhancing leadership. Its helped me recognize short comings in my abilities,
has given my great resource to help me work on myself to build a progressive TEAM. I am very excited to start the process. Thank You so
much
The Foundations of Leadership course was timely information which provided effective tools/strategies for the facilitation of effective
professional teams. Facilitators exercised fun, different teaching mediums which ensured consistent comprehension of course content.
The instruction team made the extra effort to establish personal dialogue with each student which created the most potent educational
opportunities
What I enjoyed about the course was that it was very engaging, and a different style of course that I wasnt used to. One of the best
courses I have ever taken. Being someone who doesnt public speak very well, my comfort zone was pushed. Awesome three days.
I enjoyed the outside classroom challenges and not sitting and having to listen all the time, but rather actually being really engaged
throughout the training.
Wonderful course! I have come away with not one but several good tools to use with my team. Thank you
I have to say out of all the conferences/workshops Ive participated over the past 15 years, this one was the absolute best! I feel positive,
motivated and empowered. I was pushed outside of my comfort level, but am leaving with no scars. To our instructors, you are incredible
presenters. You made the time fly by and have really pushed me to look at myself, more than I probably wanted to. I wish all my coworkers could have been here. Thank you for giving us the tools to move forward with confidence and optimism!
