Fate of the Delhi Assembly Elections in Feb.

continuation to my article Fate of Aam Admi Party, its Hero Arvind Kejriwal for Delhi assembly
Elections I am writing this article since the election date for the Delhi assembly elections have
been announced. The time of Start of Election is 7th Feb. 2015 08-00hrs . Let us see the Dasha and
the planetary positions of the AAP together with Arvind Kejriwal BJP and Narinder Modi Cart to
see how they perform in the State assembly elections.
The inception of the Aam Admi Party was announced at 12:00 hrs on 26th November 2012.New
Delhi . Below is the horoscope of Aam Aadmi Party . The partys vision is to fulfill the dream of
SWARAJ that Gandhiji had envisaged for a free India where the power of governance and rights
of democracy will be in the hands of the people .

As per the chart of AAP the dasha in operation on this day is Venus-Moon Rahu-Mer-Saturn The
dasha Lords except Venus and Saturn are ill placed in the chart.
Moon is the 7th Lord and placed in the 4th house and asper rashi tula navamsha it has gone in the 8 th
house of the Lagna chart and since 8th house is rising it is more predominant to give negative results
more so it is also placed in the sign of Leo on the day of elections. In dashamsha Moon is in the sign
of Virgo and the dispositor is Mercury placed in the 10 th house and is fallen and retrograde , will not
be able to give good results
Rahu is placed in the 11th house with 8th Lord Sun and dispositor is 11th Lord placed in the 12th house
and also aspected by 12th Lord Jupiter , In Transit Rahu is Placed in the Sign of Virgo in the 6 th
from natal Moon , who is placed in the 8th house from Lagna and 5th from natal Moon is again not
very strong.

Mercury is a fallen planet and is well explained in the earlier article , it is for this planet that AAP
had a down fall and Arvind Kejriwal resigned from the Post of Chief Minister. In transit it is
transitting in the Lagna with 8th Lord Sun and is also retrograde and in the nakshatra of Sun the 8 th
Lord
Saturn The Lagna Lord is forming a strong Rajyoga with Venus who is placed very strongly in the
10th house its own MT sign, but in Transit Saturn is placed in the 8 th house from Natal Saturn in the
11th house from Lagna and in its own nakshatra
As per Chandra balam it is not good the Transit on this day. As per the Tarabalam is also not good
and Moon the Anterdasha Lord is Placed in the 8th house from Lagna and in the 5th from natal
Moon , it is over the Lagna of Navamsha and also over the navamsha of natal Moon placed in the 8 th
house as per rashi tula navamsha . The 8th House of Leo rising in the chart of AAP is a sign of
working with unconvention and fall in the status as well.
As per Timing of predictions Dasha Lords should be influencing the concerned houses and in case of
AAP sign Libra and Scorpio, Except Saturn and Jupiter influence on the 11th house there is no
influence of any planet on these 2 houses of concern, hence the Present date 7 th Feb. 2015 is not
condusive to give healthy results in the Assembly elections.

Feb. 2015 . The horoscope of Arvind Kejriwal discussed in this article is taken from Mr. K

Lagna closed to the Most effective point in the Lagna degrees will attribute significations of

significations . but Mercury is also in Mrityu bhag The day when he is born is Friday and Lord is

Sutra this combination of Jupiter and Mercury gives strength to the house in which the conjuction
takes place , if they are placed in the Kendra from the Garbshishta Planets they bestow extremely
good results . The above combination is not placed well from dasha at birth, hence the Present
Period of Jup-Mercury Sat may not be able to bestow good results. Lagna Lord Sun is in Gandantha
along with Deblitated Mars in the 12th house , both Sun and Mars are in sarp dreshkanne . Lagna
Lord is in Sarp D3 then one may not be able to grasp the things. Any thing he will not be
able to react immediately . This kind of deficiency one will have in life, if Lagna lord is
placed in sarp Dreshkanne.Sun is placed with Deblitated Mars and Sun is also in Gandantha,
Lagna Lord and Sun in Sarp Dreshkanne most malefic, life may have many emotional hurdles
sprouting. He may not have forward thinking

Dasha on the day of elections is Jup-Sat-Mer-Rah-Ketu

Jupiter though it is debilitated in Dashamsha it is in MT sign in the Dreshkanne chart is good, In
transit it is in the 4th from natal Moon is not very good and in the 12th from Lagna over the Lagna
Lord and the Yoga Karka who is debilitated ,
Saturn is Retrograde Deblitated with Moon and having aspect of Jupiter , Jupiter Saturn dasha is
never good since Jupiter debilitates in the sign of Saturn ,In the birth chart the dispositor of
Saturn is also debilitated and dispositors dispositor is connected to Saturn is very good but Saturn
is definitely very weak in the chart , Saturn is also Vargottam
.In Dashamsha the 10th Lord of Birth chart Venus is influenced by 2 deblitated planets Jupiter and
Mars , Mars is also the 10th lord of the dashamsha Lagna Lord of the Dashamsha is Saturn again and
is Deblitated and in Rahu-Ketu axis. In transit Saturn is in the 8 th house from Natal moon and is
ashtama shani and in Scorpio there are only 23 SAV and Saturn has 2 bindoos only, hence Saturn
will not bestow good results

Mercury and Jupiter are forming a rajyoga in the birth chart , I have already explained in my
earlier analysis Mercury is placed well in the charts but in Dashamsha again under the influence of
2 deblitated planets Mars and Saturn, In Transit Mercury is Retrograde and in the 10 th house from
Natal Moon and in the 6th from Lagna , as per bhav siddhi kaal of timing of Planets the houses 10 th
and 11th are not being activated by Jupiter and Mercury and both are retrograde in transit, Saturn
though aspecting the 10th house is in the 8th from Moon

Rahu is Placed in the 6th from natal Moon but activating the natal Rrahu and Ketu in the 2/8
axis of the birth chart also Rahu gives result as per the dispositor and the dispositor is again
in the 10th from natal Moon , but not the natal 10th house or the Lord , hence Rahu though
placed well from Natal Moon may not give full strength to give the native a Power to rise
Ketu

Placed in the 2nd house and its dispositor is forming a rajyoga is definitely good but in

Transit it is in the 12th from Natal Moon and in the 8th from Lagna and activating the Rahu-Ketu in
the 2/8 axis as explained above. Ketus dispositor in Transit is also not activating the 10 th or the 11th
house as per Bhav siddhi kaal. Hence as per the above neither AAP nor Arvind Kejriwal has good
Dasha Period and the Transit of the Saturn and Jupiter to activate the 10 th or the 11th house .Both
are lacking the Transit for Chandra Balam and Tara balam , Saturn transitting in the 8 th from natal
Moon with low Ashtak varga points for both AAP and Arvind Kejriwal is another weakness in the
present transit.
Now see the birth chart of Narendra Modi of 17th Sept. 1950 12-00 Noon Mehsana Gujrat. Balance
of Dasha Saturn-Venus-Jupiter of 10years 3 months and 9 days

The native is born with the 8th house of the Natural Zodiac Scorpio rising in the Lagna with 15.46
degrees in the nakshatra of Saturn , who is a yogi Planet for the native and is placed in the 10 th
house of the chart . Saturn is Karka for Profession, the native will face all odd situations in life
but because of his hard work will be able to face and tackle all the situations and come out
successfully with Laurels . The Horoscope is further strengthened by the Garbshishta Planets as
they are all connected to the 10th house , making the person a Karmsheel of the first water, he
would not leave any stone unturned to reach his goal. Moon is Avyogi planet and being Deblitated
will get Vipreet Rajyoga and will bestow extremely good results , more over Moon is also in Neecha
Bhang since the dispositor and the Lagna Lord Placed in the Lagna adding feathers in the cap of
NarinderModi . Lagna Vargottam is further and making the chart very strong with multiple layers .
Placement of AtmaKarak and AmatyaKarak together in the 10th house is showing the strength from
all Lagnas in Jaimini
On the 7th Feb. 2015 Narinder Modi will be running the Dasha of Moon-Jup-Rahu-Sat-Venus
Clearly shows N Modi coming out with flying colors for the NDA
Moon is strong as explained above and in Transit as per Bhav Siddhi Kaal it is in the 10 th house in
the nakshatra of the 10th Lord and in the 10th from Moon showing Chandra Balam as well and
fructification of events in positive way.
Jupiter Jupiter and Moon are in Gajkesri yoga in the chart and Jupiter placement in the 4 th house
as Lord of the 5th house is bestowing a Rajyoga, Jupiter is also connected to the Garbshishta
Planet , hence very strong. In Transit Jupiter is placed in the 9 th house from natal moon further
enhancing the strength of Jupiter and since placed in the chart in the 4 th house of Throne will give

extremely good results.

Rahu I need not explain here Rahu is proving to be a yogkarak since placed in the 5 th house and
dispositor in the 4th house , In transit Rahu is in the 11th house from Lagna and Moon further
enhances the strength of Rahu, Dispositor of Rahu is Placed in the sign of Capricorn with 10 th Lord
Sun is good and about to ingress in Aquarius thereby activating the 10 th house .
Saturn Saturn need not be explained since explained above and is very strong, in Transit it is over
natal Moon where 30 Ashtakvarga points are there, more over Saturn is activating natal Saturn
and In transit also Jupiter is aspecting the Lagna as explained above, Strengthens Saturn
Venus is in the 10th house with Saturn and is the 7th lord as well the 10th lord from 10th house and is
also connected to the garbshishta planets further enhances its strength , in transit as per Bhav
Siddhi kaal Mars and Venus are both in the 4th house of throne aspecting the 10th house , Hence the
only Frucitfication is there in the chart of N Modi in the Delhi assembly elections , Hence NDA will
come with full mandate in the elections in Delhi on the 7th feb. 2015
Chandrabalam is there but Tarabalam is not there , but over all strength of the horoscope is
definitely undisputedly strong.
Chart of BJP

Now see this horoscope of BJP given below. This chart is the one which Shri K.N. Rao uses for this
political party.

Chart of BJP is Very weak for the simple reason. For Dual Lagnas the Kerndras/Lords have to be
strong , otherwise the chart topples down like a pack of cards , Both Mercury and Jupiter the
Kendra Lords are under utmost affliction. Mercury in Rahu-Ketu axis and aspected by another 2
malefics Mars and Saturn . Jupiter Lord of 7th and 10th house for Gemini Lagna is Marak, Bhadak
and has Kendraadipati dosh, if this Jupiter is afflicted then it becomes a first rate killer .Jupiter
can be compared with an Elephant and when this Elephant is angry it has the capability to ruin the
Jungle, similarly, Jupiter here is under acute affliction and in close degrees with Malefics Rahu and
Mars . Saturn in conjuction with Jupiter the Lord of the 8th and 9th is Retrograde and Fallen from

Virgo sign, it is also the Karka for Politics. Jupiter is Retrograde and with 2 another planets who are
also retrograde , Making the combination a Guru Chandalk Yoga as well. Combination of Jupiter and
Saturn for Gemini Lagna cancels all rajyogas in the chart if any for the simple reason , Jupiter owns
the 7th and 10th house and Saturn the 8th and the 9th , Saturn connection with Jupiter cancels all
rajyogas therefore , they should be poles apart and in 6/8 axis . will give vipreet rajyoga. For this
reason only BJP has not been able to sustain the Positions even if the Party member has become the
Prime Minister of the country . We all know the details Of the Prime Ministers who were Victims.
Chart of Narinder Modi as discussed above is Extremely strong and with multiple layers of
Strength, for this reason only NDA has come in power. I am making the Predictions with respect to
Narinder Modi only since the Candidate for Chief Ministership has still not been declared , Much
will depend on him as well. Dasha in operation is of Sun-Jup-Rahu-Ven-Ven. Sun is Placed in the 10 th
house digbali, but the Anter dasha Lord is badly afflicted and will work as a first rate marak and
Sun and Jupiter are placed in 6/8 axis in Lagna chart and the Navamsha chart, Rahu is afflicting
Jupiter and Venus aspected by Saturn who is also a Marak in this horoscope as it acquires a
negative status for the following reasons.
1. Fallen from Virgo sign.
2. Jupiter first rate killer with Saturn the 8th and the 9th lord ceases to be yoga Karka .Navamsha
and Dashamsha are not good either 12th house in navamsha rising and 8th house in Dashamsha rising
of the Birth chart . Jupiter and Saturn opposition in navamsha , In Dashamsha Saturn Fallen is the
Lord of Lagna even worse
Transit Jupiter is placed well from natal Moon, but Saturn over Moon Sadesati Scorpio has
28 bindoos of Ashtak Varga and Saturn has 2 Bhinashtak Varga points , On the Election day
Moon is over the dreaded combination of the 4 planets in Leo, hence there is no possibility as
far as the BJP Chart is concerned , Chandra balam and Tara balam both are there for BJP
Chart , But as per Bhav Siddhi Kaal of timing , Sun, Mercury in the 8th house , Jupiter in
the 2nd house and Saturn in the 6th house . From the above it is clear that there are chances
of NDA coming in Power for the simple reason that Narinder Modi is representing the NDA
and Charts of AAP and Arvind Kejriwal are extremely weak, Strength of BJP is only Because
of Narinder Modi, else BJP may fall like a pack of Cards . According to me the ball will also
be revolving around the candidate for ChiefMinistership . As NDA is Represented BY Narinder
Modi so chances of NDA coming in power are all the more , but with above analysis there
seems to be an element of fight between AAP and NDA and AAP also Penetrating in the
Voters bank, since BJP chart is weaker than AAP which has Rajyogas and then cancellation,
hence this may give some upper hand in the Elections of Delhi Assembly

After having discussed the AAP , Arvind Kejriwal, Narinder Modi and BJP chart, Let see the
out come from the Muhurat chart of the 7th Feb. 2015 08-00 hrs New Delhi.

U Phalguni, Karna Vishti is not good for the fructification of the event since Tithi is also Rikta.

Rahu is placed in the 8th house and will be in adverse motion from the 8th Feb to 12th Feb
2015, exchange of nakshatra of Rahu and Moon is never good and it is possible that the
Results although Positive , there may be some controversoy for the same and the Status
for the Govt. in Delhi may remain same for some time more , This Parameter alone can
bring untoward/unexpected/confusion in the results , more so when Karna is also
malefic then the fructification does not take place properly and there are some lacunas
in it . Karya siddhi sera nahi charti. Moon in the nakshatra of Rahu and Rahu
attains forward motion on the 8th Feb. 2015 till 13tenh Feb. 2015, there could be
unexpected results for the Elections and there may be controversoy which may
surface all of a sudden.Rahu in adverse motion signifies fake things, hence it could
be Fake Election cards issues taking a greater dimension after 8th Feb. 2015 and
being taken upby the opposition parties .

Forming a Govt. with Strong Parameters . Hence fructification of the above event for elections will
take a greater dimension with Positive results emerging for the Ruling Govt. The 7 th Lord is placed
in the sign of Mercury Virgo which is the 8th house of the Muhurat chart shows fall of the
opponents. As per the Yama chart, Mars 10th lord placed in own sign, Lagna Lord in Friends sign, 11th
and 2nd Lord in own sign, Yogkarka Venus Exhalted , Moon in the sign of Mercury a friend , Rahu is
Placed in the 7th house of the chart since in Leo, hence it is crystal clear that there will be a clear
mandate for BJP the ruling party and the Rahu Placed in the 7th house will give unexpected results
to them. The name of the Candidate has still not been declared for the Chief Ministership by the
NDA. NDA is Governed By Narinder Modi. , Hence Narinder Modi will come out with Flying colors in
the Assembly elections .Mercury is placed in the sign of Saturn and in Muhurat chart it is aspected
by Saturn who is also the Lagna Lord .

For Good and Permanent Political Tenure the following parameters are important for the
Ruling party
1. Lagna Lord Saturn placed at the MEP in the 10th house .
2. Lagnesh has positive relation with 10th Lord and Moon, hence Permanent Political career
for the ruling party .
3. Saturn the karka for Political Career in Kendra and the 10th house.
4.

Lagnesh, Yoga Karka Venus, 10th Lord all in Kendra.

5. Lagnesh is associated with 2nd and 11th Lord Jupiter, since aspecting Saturn in the 10th

house.
6. Since the Lagna and the 10th Lord are connected to the 3, 9 houses , the Person who will
become the Ruler will be from outside New Delhi, maybe far or near .
When there is competition or elections , the 3rd to 8th house signifies the Ruler and 9th to 2nd
house the opponents , which ever Portion has more malefics that Party loses and which ever
has more benefics gains.. In the above case the planets in the 3 rd to 8th house are Jupiter ,
Moon and Rahu, hence in fact only one Malefic, if we consider Moon a malefic since in
Krishna Paksha , then 1 Benefic who is 2nd and 11th Lord , In the case of Opponents there
are 4 malefics and 2 benefics , hence the strength of the Ruling party is more . Malefic in
Lagna and that to Mars is very good for the fighting spirit. Venus Yoga Karka and Mars in
Lagna and exchange with Lagna Lord Saturn and the 10th Lord Mars will give splendid
Victory to the ruling Party . 10th house from 7th house is the battle field of the opponent and
is aspected by Mars and Saturn, and no benefic, where as 10th house from Lagna the
battlefield of the ruling king is aspected by Jupiter and Lagna Lord is Placed there ,
apparently the field of the ruling Party is definitely stronger than the field of the
opponent.
Moon Placement is also good with respect to Uday Lagna Aquarius, Arudha Lagna Leo

here there is no such question.
3. Who so ever between the Lagna Lord and the 7th Lord is placed in Kendra and at a
lesser degree. Saturn is a Planet in the Kendra with lowest degree , hence The
ruling king will march with victory.
Between the Lagna Lord and the 7th Lord Sun, Saturn is definitely stronger, its also the
dispositor the 7th Lord Sun and also aspected by Saturn. Dispositor of Saturn is in
Rajyoga. Where as Dispositor of Sun is also in Rajyog but Sun is placed in the 12 th house
and is also aspected by Jupiter the 2nd and 11th Lord , the connection of the trik houses
makes it week, though it also points out that the opposition may penetrate the voters
bank as well to some extent. In the Concerned varga charts Saturn is definitely
stronger
10th Feb. 2015 the day of Results of the Elections , Moon joins the 9 th house , Venus
changes 1 navamsha and goes in Aries Navamsha

Sun and Saturn both in the sign of Virgo which is the 8th house of the Event chart,
Saturn is more comfortable since in a friends house, but Sun in inimical sign , hence
opposition party losses the elections . Apparently there seems to be role of Rahu and
can create a unexpected havoc, If all goes well the ruling Govt. NDA will be the winner
in the Delhi assembly elections .
