Sir,
With reference to our discussion and meeting at your Dombivali office on 20 th Jan
2014, we would like to inform you that we are interested in promoting your project
BalajiSrushtee at Dombivali.
The terms and conditions for the tie up are as follows:
1) India World Technologies Pvt Ltd (known with the name as India
Homes) is entitled to receive 2% commission on Basic Cost of Property
with Floor Rise. Commission will not be paid on Car Parking and Other
Charges etc.
2) The above mentioned commission % is exclusive of service tax i.e.
applicable Service tax will be payable over and above the mentioned
commission.
3) The commission will be paid when Client makes 20% payment of the
Flat Cost. The cases where you are accepting Initial /Earnest / Token
money from customer towards booking of property then maximum
time allowed to customer to complete the payment of 20% is
maximum 30 days only.
4) You shall provide the following documents as photocopy, duly stamped
and signed, to confirm that booking has been through India Homes.
(a) Booking Form
(b) Customer payment cheque.
(c) Payment Schedule and Cost Sheet of particular property.
5) If we are not receiving the above mentioned specified documents then
you will give confirmation of booking and total commission amount
through mail (Subject to confirmation from EstateOaks.com for
the Booking & Commission )and Mr.Girish Utekar with E-mail id
Sales@shreebalajibuilder.com or any other person, authorized by
you, will provide such confirmations.

Booking and Revenue/Commission confirmation, customer payment
clearance confirmation and Coordination for Billing and payments. B&R
request to be sent/email latest by 2:00 PM for a confirmation on the
same day.

7) India Homes will raise the invoice in favor ofShree Balaji Builders
and Developers along with the NOC from EstateOaks.com for
the booking done and the payment shall be released within 30 days
from the date of Invoicing.
8) In case of cancellation of the Booking by the customer for whatsoever
reason, no commission will be paid to us .However referring to point
No-(3) of commission terms, if any customer cancels the booking after
paying 20% Cost of Flat then India Homes will be eligible for full
Commission and if such commission has already been paid then the
same will not be refunded/adjusted against future receivables.
We hope to build stronger business relations with you by doing business in a way
mutually beneficial to both the organizations.

The above terms and condition is applicable from the 1 st booking onwards
