dream is your Feelings. Example, a recent dream of mine: my legs and arms were bloated with water. I

enlightenment, universal fire.
Discover the simple secret encoded in Yellow Sun's star-glyph: you are unconditional love, the stone of
indestructible liberation. Radiate that knowing in all your thoughts and actions. Love all of creation.
Join the dance of light, the fundamental constant of nature, and shine forth the clarity of your true
essence. There is great power in simply identifying with the light: "As above, so below." You are in
God, and God is in you.
As you express unconditional love, you become more than you previously perceived yourself to be.
You become illumined, the full manifestation of your divinity. In the embrace of your humanity, accept

In the shadow of Red Dragon are found issues of trust. This can appear as a lack of basic trust in the
Source to nurture you and provide what is needed for your journey. Perhaps you do not trust in life's
transformational process to bring you the perfect lessons and gifts required for your growth. Primal
trust implies the understanding that there are no mistakes and no victims - only lessons, gifts, and
growth processes on the way to wholenes. If you perceive that there are no mistakes as you move
toward wholeness, then learning to trust the transformational process becomes much easier.
Trusting, however, does not mean acting blindly without awareness or waiting without action; it means
moving forward with and learning from your journey of experience. No matter what the appearance,
whatever manifests in your world actually holds potential gifts on the path to wholeness. In the cycle of
giving and receiving, trust is like the lubricant that eases the way for the transformational process. And
when you understand that every particle of the universe is made up of love, then trusting can be
perceived as a natural state of being.
In the shadow of Red Dragon are hidden feelings of unworthiness to receive, often manifested as
embarrassment or discomfort when others offer you something. These feelings can stem from many
places. Often then stem from early childhood, when your gifts may not have been received or when you
heard that "it is better to give than to receive." Or perhaps you developed a reality based on praise for
being "self-sufficient" or not owing anyone anything. Regardless of the source, these feelings spring
from only a partial truth. You are intrinsically worthy to receive, simply because you are. Love just is,

In the shadow of Red Dragon, you may also be overly identified with being a source of support and
nurturance for others - the caretaker or a 'cosmic mama.' Giving without receiving is limiting. In
Western society we are unknowingly taught to be dependent and co-dependent. Perhaps from an
inability or unwillingness to nurture and support yourself, you have abandoned yourself for another.
Perhaps you expect that other to know intuitively what your needs are and to meet them without direct
communication.
As an example, the shadow of Red Dragon might say, "If they really loved me, they would understand
how I feel"; or "If I have to ask for it, it's not worth it." In other words, you may be avoiding
responsibility for being aware of and communicating your own desires and feelings. In the shadow of
Red Dragon there is the belief that love is magical, that relationships should just 'happen', and that love
is a need rather than a natural state of being.
If you are in the shadow of Red Dragon, you are being encouraged to step into the primal waters of

White Wind is the galactic wind, the catalyzing current, the Spirit that moves through all things. It is
the divine breath that gives life to all creation, the unseen essence of solar energy. White Wind is the
breath of inspiration, the fertilizing force of the wind. Its essence is the movement of Spirit as it
penetrates into form to enliven, purify and inspire.
Allow your life to be more like the wind, free-flowing and open to Spirit.
White Wind represents spontaneity and simplicity. As you experience the truth of the present moment,
White Wind leaves you free to move on to the next moment without the baggage of desire, regret or
expectation. White Wind is the simple knowledge that invisible forces are always moving in your life,
guiding and inspiring.
White Wind also embodies the concept of presence. Presence is an expression of beingness, a creator of
intimacy. It has to do with being wise in your simplicity. From simple beingness, your true identity
emerges. Presence is being open, aware, and in the now. Presence is 'being there' for whatever is.

Presence is simple. It is like being caught in the moment by the beauty of nature. Presence is your
natural state of being. When you are present, your heart feels open, charged, full. When you are
present, whether alone or with another, you are loose and relaxed. Time may seem to slow down. You
can expand your awareness with ease, allowing yourself to truly see and be seen. You let your feelings
speak through your eyes, and the 'feeling channel' in you breathes freely, without expectation or
judgement.

Blue Night Qualities: Abyss, serenity, "looks-within" place, enclosing darkness, stillness, dreamfield

Blue night is the dark mystery within, the journey into self, that place to which you can always retreat
to garner the gifts of your process subjectively. You are being asked to enter into and explore your
process subjectively. Blue Night is the immense field of potential found in the depths of human
emotion and feeling. The touch of Blue Night is like the moment you crawl into bed and feel yourself
surrounded by warmth, darkness and peace.

Dreamtime holds powerful opportunities. It is a field where potential, past, and future are held in the
same matrix as the present moment. If such a construct is foreign to you, stretch your mind and
entertain the possibility that you could help to dream a different reality into being. Enter into the
mystery where reality is actually created.

process, your intention is quickened by Spirit. The charged seed, your true desire or vision, becomes
the focus for germination.
What can you open that will support receptivity and assist the germination of your seed intentions?
Envision the seed receiving the invitation to grow in the openness of your world. Viscerally feel the
possibility of your heart's dream emerging. Your true desires and dreams contain an innate intelligence
that can break through even the rigidity of fixed expectations. Planting a new seed, even in the hard soil

Be willing to break open the constraining shells of past patterns, the shackles of belief structures. Call

Tropism is the tendency to respond or move toward something by natural attraction. Through a code
inherent within, a sprouted seed grows toward the light and a sunflower follows the Sun. In like
manner, you respond to the light of your Essence Self, opening naturally to the fulfillment of your true
nature. Through your own process of living and learning, you generate and plant various intentions and

White World Bridger Qualities: Change, transformation, release, multi-dimensional consciousness,

In this life-time you are being asked to release and surrender. Surrender is the opposite of giving up. It
is freeing yourself from the desire to be in control, letting go of how you think things should be.
Surrender is freedom. You are being invited to release yourself from the bondage of preconceived
action, to let everything be all right as it is, so that you can live a more inspired life in the moment!
You are being asked to take action in the process of surrender and release. You are requested to die a
symbolic death, to surrender your limiting beliefs. Symbolic death unveils the self by cutting away the
outgrown parts of yourself that no longer serve you. In such death, ego structures fall away to reveal
the garden of the true self. Look for new ways of being, new people, new ideas, and new directions that
will move into the vacuum created through surrender and release. Like yeast, surrender enlivens and
empowers you to experience more of life's fullness.
Holding on to past patterns and grievances only limits the possibilities. Forgive yourself. Forgive
others. Let go. Surrender whatever limits you. Face whatever you are resisting. In the experience of any
loss, it is never too late to complete. Through your willingness to walk in the dark forest, insights and
revelations will naturally emerge.
Accept the truth of your present situation. Through accepting what is, you are free to go forward.
Change and growth become easier and more natural. Each experience in this enlivened state of
surrender allows for more joy.
The colour for White World-Bridger is forest green. You, like the symbol of the evergreen tree, are
alive and green amidst the process of apparent death and trans formation of winter. Green creates a
feeling of balance and restful calm. It is restorative and healing, grounding, and centering. If you wish

dimensions. In my ending is my beginning. The initatory gateway awaits." Blue Hand is the seventh or
last archetype in the cycle of development of primary being. It represents the power found in
completion. Blue Hand is seen as a closure, which is really an opening to another level of being.
Like the fluidity of moving water, Blue Hand is associated with the process of dance, mudra, and
beauty. This movement is a metaphor for the ebb and flow of life.
Blue Hand represents the 'beauty way', the ability to see intrinsic beauty within yourself and in all
things. Living the beauty way requires being in your full beauty and power. From this place, your selfauthority naturally flows. This is the position where your ego is aligned with divine will. When you are
standing in your full beauty and power, your very presence invites others to be all that they are.
The energy of Blue Hand will also help you to manifest spiritual skills - especially those intuitive gifts
such as oracular divination. In each incarnation, you bring certain gifts. Each path - from priest and
priestess to shaman and dancer to artist and gardener - carries varied tools and skills. You have chosen

Yellow Star is ignition, like a cosmic milkweed explosion of resonant sparks. It is the launching pad
from which you can hear the rumble of the rocket of your accelerated evolution.
Yellow Star's starseeded gift is the revelation of the harmony that unites all things. Instead of just
aspiring to be harmonious, become harmony. Practice harmony not just as an abstraction, but as a
living reality. This practice blends different energies, thoughts, people, and processes. Act on intuitive
guidance as to what to combine and when. As you begin to follow your heart, you will know the feeling

Yellow Star offers you the ability to hold a greatly expanded focus, a unity of awareness that

Unlike the preceding 7 tones, which were seperate and distinct, Yellow Star begins a more complex

harmonic series as it completes the preceding octave. On a spiritual level, Yellow Star begins the
development of higher being. The fundamental tones that occur in this series are of a more expanded
frequency than those of the preceding seven tones. In this new octave, there is alignment in the
harmonies of Earth and the harmonies of the stars that are now being sounded on Earth. Yellow Star is
the first in a series of star harmonies that evoke accelerated growth of the starseed potential within you.

Red Moon Qualities: signs, signals, awakened attention, understanding, self-remembrance, divine

Red Moon is the cosmic seed of awakened awareness. Consume it like a fruit, and let it blossom within
you. You are on the quest of self-remembrance, of Godseed. If you work with the energy of Red Moon
with clear awareness and attention, an awakened state of remembrance will naturally blossom within
you. Remembrance means having direct access to your expanded presence through an intrinsic
perception of unity. Remembrance is your recognition of the larger pattern and your connection to it,
often facilitated through dreams, art, music, colors and creative pursuits. With focused attention,
meditate on Red Moon and you will receive help with self-remembrance.
Red Moon is also a beacon or transmitting station. As you open to self-remembrance, you become a
beacon and receiver for cosmic consciousness. This communication creates the gradual opening of the
third eye, the eye within the mononlith of self. As this eye opens and your communication becomes

Day 11: What do I need to let go of in order to be truly liberated?
Do you feel caught up in the emotional drama of life? White Dog asks you to take an honest look at
repetitive or obsessive roles. The charged emotions in these roles are often associated with anger, fear,
or jealousy. White Dog offers you a different experience of yourself - that of the objective 'witness' who
can choose, rather than being drawn into charged emotional reactions. You can feel the liberation of
observing your life from varied positions. At the same time, befriend the emotional, reactive part of
yourself by examining its underlying issues and their emotional source.
All emotions hold the positive intent of assisting you in seeing the truth, receiving the teaching, and
healing the root cause. Strong 'negative' emotions often come from hidden wounds and unresolved life
experiences. Deep emotions may arise from a sense of separation and a desire for unity that may be
misunderstood by the emotional body. Are you easily "unhinged" by feelings of possessiveness or
jealousy? If so, learn how to take the position of "the other". Step inside the other's skin and see how it
looks from his or her perspective. Then feel the release that comes from stepping out of your position
and understanding from another's perspective.
Remember, you are always at choice. If you hold memories or wounds relating to unfinsihed emotional
issues, you are being asked to interact with individuals, situations, or memories that still hold their
charge. These issues are requesting healing and release. There is no blame, and there are no victims.

Now is the time to clear these issues, to make way for new and liberating perceptions.
As you express who you truly are, your companions of destiny acknowledge your true essence,
building the trust and connection that reveals your destiny.
The Harmonic Wisdom of White Dog is affinity, the attraction of like vibrations or substances for one
another. Such companions are drawn together by the same aligned force that draws iron filings to a
magnet. Companions of destiny are drawn together to do work that is naturally harmonious.
Day 12: How can I utilize my relationships to explore and expand any of my self-limiting
constructs? ...and how do I Inspire Co-operation?
Blue Monkey Qualities: innocence, spontaneity, play, magic, inner child, humour, disruption.
Blue Monkey represents the Divine Child, the child that is ever in a state of open-hearted wisdom,
innocence, trust, simplicity and joyful wonder. What would it feel like to actually be a magical child in
this culture and time? The secret that very few know - because they may feel more comfortable trying
to protect themselves - is that the divine child offers the strongest of all protections, the invulnerability
of openhearted Love. Through innocence, a kind of immunity is created that allows the divine child to
be transparent so that the apparent 'slings and arrows' of the world can pass right through without being
personalized into wounds, reactions or hurt feelings. This is the path of innocence regained.
Transparency is the path of the new consciousness.
In this New Myth, your spontaneous, divine child will usher in and anchor the new frequency. How can
you heal your inner child? Explore what truly gives you joy. Find types of work that support your
sensitivity and create deep satisfaction. Be simple: love, play, dance, draw, colour, sing. These activities
are for all divine children - they serve the expression of the magical child in everyone. Consciously
make time for the joyful freedom and magic of play!
The number for Blue Monkey is eleven, the vibration wherein novelty and spontaneity break down
resistant forms. When unity merges with Essence Self, a mystical foundation is created that

Day 13: How do I surrender to the perfection of the larger pattern of my Essence Self?
Yellow Human Qualities: abundance, harvest, open vessel, quickening, cornucopia, free will, choice
maker, responsibility, chalice, emptiness.
Yellow Human asks you to strengthen and clear your physical vessel in order to prepare for the
expanded energies of higher mind. Your chalice of self is being purified through vibrational
adjustments in the brain/body system. With this quickening, adjustments are made and your circuits of
consciousness are naturally transformed. Often this process is accompanied by the sensation of being
altered or "rewired". Higher centers of the brain and the light-sensitive pineal and pituitary glands are
being activated to contain more light. This penetration brings you to a critical threshold, creating
enormous change at the cellular level. It also activates soul memories and expands your concepts of

reality.
Meditate on the cornucopia with you at its center. Lift the chalice of your self-generated energy vortex
to greet the vortex that will descend from above. As an open vessel, prepare a place to receive Yellow
Human's gifts. When you flow in unconditional love, all the fruits of the universe rush toward you for
benediction.

Red Dragon is your Conscious Self - who you are and who you are becoming.

On Earth, we presently live on a holographic playing field made of the elements of time

and space. This field draws to itself the density and mass necessary to form a threedimensional reality. All phenomena within it are images that appear for our learning and
growth. Since each of us is a hologram of light within the larger hologram, getting lost
in fear, judgement, and denial can certainly appear to be "real", but it is really only an
illusion. The essential mind is silent, still, empty - hence, incapable of getting lost.
