First of all I would like to thank God for all his blessings for me to finish up my assignment.
A million of thanks to my beloved lecturer, for giving us brief explanation about this assignment. The explanation
he gave really helped me a lot in finishing this assignment. He is a very dedicated lecturer because he gave his fullest
support to all of us.
Thanks a lot to all my classmates and friends also for their fullest commitment. I will never forget all their
contributions. The information they shared with me really gave me a lot of benefits and helped me for my assignment.
Besides, thanks to my parents who also gave their support eventhough they are very far away from me. Their

Parents play an important role in the formation of children's behavior. Values and norms in society are usually
nurtured by parents during the process of socialization since the children were small.
Bonds of love, warmth and attention and control parents can prevent their children from doing the violation of
norms and values of society.
However, the involvement of children in behavior delinquent behavior to some extent is also due to the bonding
and parental controls are weak.
Thus, given a few steps build a quality relationship between parents and their children Susana family formed to

I offer gratitude to Allah SWT because together we can be here for complete SMK Maharaja Lela open day for
2014.
I am pleased to take the opportunity this morning to express my heartfelt congratulations on the success of the
children in accordance with their respective categories for the 2014 session. Outstanding success has been achieved by the
students is the result of difficult labor, patience, and persistence. This can be an example and a catalyst to greater success
in the years to come either to themselves or to others.
Excellence resulting from the hard work of the students who celebrated the connector means and a long-standing
tradition of excellence. Hopefully, armed with this success, the students are all able to practice all the knowledge and
skills in everyday life. A consequence of elegance or beauty of excellence is digested in the intelligence and behavior and
personality character coloring respectively. They all describe personal perfection as expressed in human

Today is a special meeting for parents of

students who will sit for the national exams

this year, congratulations to the outstanding parents can spend their precious time for this reunion, also congratulations to
the schools that undertake this meeting, hopefully with this reunion relationship between the teachers and parents
involved can be weaved, it is very important especially to the students who will sit for the major examinations, the
opportunity and the time to listen to their own parents from the teachers involved about children's performance.
I urge all parents to give full cooperation to the teachers in SMK Maharaja Lela make this a superior school
produced many outstanding students PMR.SPM and STPM examinations this year, reality performance yardstick to uplift
the school. On the shoulders of our children here in hopes back up. Remember and believe our children have the potential

to excel, God does not distinguish between our child with other children who excel, but our efforts to determine whether
the child is equal to or more excellent than other children.
The gentlemen and ladies were ladies-in respect,
I believe teachers and administrators in the school has exceptional expertise to lead our children toward the vision.
Parents need to shift transormasi in achieving this goal, ladies and gentlemen could no longer just hope for teachers, too
hands-off attitude in matters of children's learning, it is a matter of fact we do not have expertise in teaching and learning
children, but it does not fit completely stagnate, we can still help the school in other ways.
Ladies and gentlemen of the congregation,
First, parents as family leader must be able to communicate well. This means that parents must have the ability to
talk with their children. In general, many parents are able to talk openly, honestly and directly with their children. Parents
who do not have any problems like this to express the desire of their hearts, and also deliver a range of teaching their
children. Parents are able to instill honesty and responsibility in their children's souls.

At the same time children are able to trust their

parents. There are also parents who

lack skills in communicating honestly. They often use sarcasm and always mocking children. This way can give rise to
feelings of low self-esteem and lack confidence in the children of their ability. So for parents proceedings of this practice,
it is better if they can stop it and instead, use a clear and honest way.
Second, parents need to have sufficient knowledge to educate their children properly. This does not mean the
parents would have to learn it all, but what matters is if your parents say things that they know and understand what is
being said. If they do not know something, they are willing to find the desired information.
The situation is fundamentally different with parents who do not have the confidence. When they were asked
about what they did not know, they will pretend to know and lie to their children. They assume that no news is better than
plead not know. This will be emulated by the children and they will probably adopt this attitude and arrogant lie. So
parents should not be so. As a human, we can not know everything in detail. Therefore not be a weakness or fault pleaded

not know. Even so, this does not mean that all questions should be answered not know that. Parents must strive to increase
their knowledge in tandem with the existing knowledge.

The third feature is that problem-solving skills. Parents as leaders, not only capable of solving problems in the
relations between them, but also be able to solve the problem of the relationship between the children. Parents should be
fair in resolving problems and conflicts faced by children. They are also able to solve the problem amicably, when they
encounter turbulence relationships with their own parents, relationship breakdowns with neighbors or colleagues. With
this knowledge, all their problems do not pose a negative impact on their family relationships.

Problem-solving skills depending on certain factors. These factors are, the ability to identify problems, ability to
collect data on the problem, finding appropriate answers and implement such action appropriate. Failure of any of these
factors by itself will affect the person to solve the problem.
Parents effective as a leader, able to divide certain tasks to be fair to all their children. Since young, parents should
familiarize their children responsible for their conduct specific tasks in line with the maturity and intelligence of the
children. This way parents do not burden themselves with all tasks. Sharing tasks can also help children understand some
parents work. This is important as a socialization process. Every individual at some point will become the parent. So the
process of socialization can provide the appropriate role for themselves.
In granting certain duties to their children, parents have the additional task to lead the children to carry out its
duties properly. Encouragement and praise is always given to the children more diligently perform their duties. Not only
that, parents also need to appreciate the contributions made by the children of the family. This appreciation can lead to a
feeling of pride and required. Both of these feelings, it is important to be able to create confidence in yourself.
In addition to be able to give specific tasks to the children, parents themselves must be hard doing their job.
Parents should set a good example in carrying out tasks entrusted to them. This means that parents are not negligent of
their duties. It is important for parents to have their own initiative to start a task and activity. These efforts are proving
creativity concerned parents.

Other features include good at solving conflicts and carry out their tasks in a friendly and mutual respect. In
resolving the conflict between the children, the parents must be fair and not favor any child. Be fair like this, it would be
difficult because often parents have the child 'loved'. Therefore, parents should work harder so that favoritism is not so
noticeable. Favoritism can lead to low self-esteem among children. At the same time children may be mutually
antagonistic. This hostility should be avoided.
Intimacy between parents and children will ensure a happy relationship. All actions with children should be based
on this intimacy. In addition, parents should respect each other in their family. Again parents had set a good example.
Becoming a parent has some of its own privileges. Despite these benefits, there are certain responsibilities that
should be carried out. One of these responsibilities is to lead the family. To be successful leaders, parents need to have
some specific features as already mentioned above.
Ladies and gentlemen of the congregation,
Parents play an important role in a family. As a child, someone needs help and support from parents to achieve
success in their studies. With the help and prayers of the parents, the children are able to create success in their studies.
Parents have a huge responsibility towards their children and household.
If, parents often neglect their children, the children will feel himself neglected, and they will engage in social
activities that are not good. Therefore, parents need to be responsible and make sure children excel in their studies. The
question is, what efforts should be made by parents to help their children achieve success in your studies?
parents should help their children achieve success. Parents also need to prioritize climate-built home in a peaceful
situation and happy.Chilren key domestic peace and happiness is mutual understanding, compassionate and noble
moorings and eternal love. Household harmony and happiness guarantee children grow up safe and healthy.
This is so because, happy life will liberate children from problem families as an argument between a parent or
parents who are divorced. Family breakup can disrupt well-being and education of children. In this regard, the role of
parents in creating a happy home for children to be able to consider the "LIFE".

Children are more likely to work hard without interruption in their studies as they live in happy without stress.
Strictly speaking, parents are responsible for ensuring their children grow up in a harmonious and cheerful all the time in
order to achieve success in their studies.
Next, parents should be responsible for overseeing the development and socialization of children with their peers.
Treatment of children with peers had a major influence in their daily lives and future of children. This is because children
are more easily influenced by their peers in all actions or behaviors because teenagers have principles, values and identity
matching. Children are more trusting and believing that a friend of the parents so that they are difficult to distinguish
between the good and bad thing. When the kids hang out with friends with problems like skipping school and smoking
cigarettes, they are also going to follow their peers and lose interest in learning.
To address this, you should know the background of each child their peers and identify the changes that happen
to their children at all times. Parents must act early, before remember the saying goes amiss, save before the end because
the child could have been saved and will focus on excellence in education. Strictly speaking, parents should monitor the
development and socialization of children with their peers in order to produce children who excel in their studies.
In addition, parents also need to ensure that their children receive religious and moral education adequately.
Religious and moral education should be given early in life, the saying goes let the curved bamboo matures. Kids like
white cloth, mother father that define the color of the cloth. Religious and moral education given by parents could
withstand all forms of vices that happen. Children will be able to discern what is good and bad. They also will be children
who are more responsible and understand their role as a child and will not disappoint the expectations of the parents.
Results religious and moral upbringing is enough to help the children to gain success in their studies. Strictly speaking,
parents should provide adequate religious education to ensure that children achieve success in their studies.

Parents also need to provide complete convenience to the children learn so kids can focus on their studies. Parents
need to motivate and encourage the kids to learn. In this case, parents should be role models for the kids because the kids
will emulate their parents' behavior saying goes, how the mold so cake. Parents should be concerned with their children's
school to send their children to extra classes or tuition and provide reference books full to facilitate children revise lessons

at home. In addition, parents also need to provide appropriate and comfortable rooms for the convenience of the children
to learn. Parents should encourage their children to read for excellence in education.
Therefore, parents should bring their children to the book fair, to the bookstore or library. This is important
because indirect kids were imbued with love for reading. This situation may create competition within the children to read
the books. Consequently, the children will have the awareness and respect the importance of knowledge in their lives so
they strive to achieve success in their studies.
In addition, parents also need to be always in touch and talk to the school and to exchange ideas with teachers
about their children. To track the progress of education and personal development in school children, parents need to keep
in touch with the school, especially classroom teachers and teacher discipline. This is important because if the children are
having problems in education or discipline problems, parents can act quickly to address the problem.
Parents should also be concerned about the problems faced by children even in busy work. Parents must be willing
to be a good listener to their children whenever their children to express their problems. Trouble and anguish children
must be shared so that the feeling will not be hidden that would be a strain on a child's character. Typically, children who
harbored feelings, certainly not able to concentrate in studies and eventually they will drop the subject. Thus, it is clear
that parents need to be concerned about their children's problems in education and always talk to other teachers so that the
children get the guidance and focus to excel in their studies.

From the above discussion, we can conclude that parents play an important role in helping children achieve
success in their studies. Parents should be responsible for the future of the children before too late. Should parents give
less attention to the future of their children, the children will be difficult to achieve success and the likelihood that they get
caught up in social problems making it difficult to be saved. Strictly speaking, parents play a big role in shaping the future
of the children in particular to achieve success and excellence in education.

Hopefully, parents who felt themselves reduced, to find a way to overcome this deficiency. Parents must always
strive to improve the way their education so that the children become more perfect and happy.
