EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The function of the Training and Development Branch is to support the delivery of
operational policing. It does this by providing appropriate training and development courses
and programmes for all officers and staff to gain the required skills, knowledge and
understanding to be able to perform their roles effectively.

OUR Training and development management system produce


management tools for a continuous Human Capital development that
stimulates competencies enhances employ motivation and improves
service delivery. We provide a variety of training to enhance employ
potentials capacity leadership attitude behaviour communication and
achievement.
We have a great team of seasoned instructors with many years of quality and diverse industry
experiences

Our Trainings are always on-site and are tailored to the needs of your organization and
delivered on-site at a time and location of your choice. We give you proven tools and
techniques that you can put into practice immediately. Our Business Development and
Performance Improvement course represent a new paradigm in the world of training and
development. Through a comprehensive training and instructional design capabilities, we are
able to develop new skills and competencies that can be applied immediately and enhance
business development and performance improvement. We understand that each organization

The areas in which we will be providing training are mentioned herein.

Business Communication
This program enables participants to manage corporate
communication with ease. It teaches them to communicate their
point quickly, clearly, assertively and persuasively. They also learn
to analyze the needs of their audience, how they can structure their
thoughts and present key information appropriately for better
results. This highly interactive program uses techniques such as
activities, role plays and written exercises to enhance the skills of
participants' skills for better business communication.

Business Writing
This program is designed specifically for people who regularly write
e-mails, reports, meeting summaries, documents or other business
correspondence. As part of the program, participants receive tips on
how to compose documents that draw attention and prompt action.
This training includes various types of written exercises that
enhance the learning experience of participants.

Leadership Skills
This program is tailored to help participants make the transition
from individual contributors to effective leaders. The goal is to
impart in managers and supervisors leadership skills to help them

survive and excel in the business world. The aim is to make them
more productive and capable of leading others through these
valuable strategies. During the training they will discover their own
unique leadership style, learn how to maximize it and use it to their
best advantage. This highly interactive and essential training
features regular participant activity along with mini-case studies and
role-plays that enhance the learning experience.

Telephone Etiquette
The training in telephone etiquette is designed to help participants
present a professional image at their workplace. It makes them
aware of the importance of good communication with callers and
keeps them informed, so as to be appreciated in the long term. This
is an interactive training program which features role-plays and
participant activities.

Negotiation Skills
Negotiation is an innate quality of humans. As a professional, it is
important to understand different perspectives and negotiate
effectively while sticking to the principles. Negotiations can be
related to sales, debts, contracts, buying, salaries, employment and
other business dealings. The program trains participants to
negotiate with confidence and arrive at effective and satisfying
agreements. The participants are taught to focus on the key aspects
and rules of successful negotiation including arguments and counter
arguments, fall-back positions, creative and collaborative solutions
and alternatives to agreement.

Out of scope

English at work
This program helps learners improve communication, mainly spoken, but also
encompassing writing skills. After completing this program participants will be able
to speak with greater confidence in English in a wide range of professional situations
and sustain long conversations.

Customer Service
This program teaches participants how to communicate positively and professionally
with customersboth internal and externaland build a good relationship with them.

Information Skills
This program is helpful for employees who need to digest huge numbers of
documents, data and reports, as well as assimilate the information needed to remain
up-to-date in their field.

Assumptions :-

Training Venues/Centres:- In all our In-plant sessions clients always provide the
venue and training centers. We in most cases assist in securing suitable training venues and
centers but the client is responsible for the associated expenses.

Instructors Travels and Logistics:- Except where otherwise agreed, all reasonable travel
expenses local and international and accommodation expenses of instructors are reimbursed
or arranged by our clients.

Participants Travels & Logistics:- The client makes arrangements with their employees on
all travel, accommodation, feeding and logistics. We however assist in making booking
arrangements if needed. When and where necessary we organize a tourist attraction program
for participants in many parts of the world

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS APPROACH

The concept of serving is fundamental to the leadership role. Good leadership


involves serving the organization or group and the people within it. Ineffective leaders tend to
invert this principle and consider merely that the leader must be served by the people.

1. Leaderships
The intention of this version of the leadership program is to enable participants not only to
modern-day leadership concepts but also to apply them in an organizational context that will
bring in sustainable long-term solutions to business challenges.
This leadership training will be conducted in both groups and individually in order to develop
the leadership quality in employees and to judge them separately and enhance the lacunas of
each individual.
The training need analysis will be done jointly by Core Consultancies Services and the
organization.
After the training need analysis the leadership training will be provided with the help of
following methods: Combined lecture of leadership will be provided initially
A situation will be provided and groups will be assigned to act to judge the different
leadership qualities
A workshop model will also created for better understanding of leadership.

2. business communication training


This course is intended to develop the interpersonal and professional skills required by office
administrations and personal assistance. Delegates will be presented with a practical
overview of the hands-on managerial duties, responsibilities and essential knowledge
required for fulfilling their role successfully
Again the need and scope of training will be decided by both the Core consultancies and the
organisation. The methodology adopted for this training will be: Lectures will be held for both verbal and no

n verbal communication
Separately each individual will be assessed on assignments given on daily basis
Power point presentation skills will be taught and also will be performed by trainees.
Different aids of business communications will be taught in detailed like emails,
letters, proposal, ppt.

Soft skills training


Soft skills training is being highly prioritized and recognized today by corporate
institutes as being essential to relationships.
Soft skills are personal characteristics that relate to a person's capability to interact
effectually with others. Simply put, it is all about empathy. Empathy is not restricted
to work, but, in fact, it is vital in all areas of life

PROPOSED TIMELINES
The training which will be providing by Core Consultancies Services on various areas of business
communications, leaderships, and soft skills to Waste Management for the minimum of 6 days and
maximum of 10 days.
