Executive Summary
The Basic Idea/Concept behind Creed Games is to bring game
development industry to Pakistan. This industry is far neglected and
much underrated here and there are not many firms in Pakistan that are
working on game development. Being the first of its type in Pakistan,
Creed Games has a real chance at grabbing the number one spot in
game development in Pakistan. Developers in Pakistan have lots of new
ideas and our company will provide them a platform to prove
themselves internationally.
Our games will be based on actual storylines from History. We
will present the Historic Events (preferably from Pakistani/Islamic
History) in our games and will show the true face of Pakistan and Islam
to the whole world. This will also promote the culture of Pakistan and
thus attract tourists from all around the world. We will bring new
opportunities for newbies in this field, so we can induce new people by
providing them tutorials on new development engines, new frameworks
and different workshops will be arranged for them.
The companys initial investment will not be greater than 2000
USD. We will need graphic designing softwares, gaming platforms and
computers for game development. Our customers will mostly be
teenagers throughout the world. Since a single product will ensure us
high profit returns, we can thus utilize them for our future ventures.
Throughout the world, the average income of a game developer is more
than 5000 USD per month, so, we do have a very bright future even if
our initial products wont make much high profit in markets.

graphics and reality based story line we aim to exceed expectations of

respect for all Creeds we will revolutionize the gaming industry
because we believe there is always a better way.

experience to Gamers and to develop games based on history and
culture of all the other Creeds on the planet.

Our goal is to bring quality entertainment to our customers and to
have a healthy successful company that is a leader in customer service
having a loyal customer following. In our priorities quality assurance is
higher than our sales targets.

Business Philosophy
Since her birth, the whole worlds eyes were on Pakistan. Our
culture is developing since 4000 B.C. We were a part of Great Mughal
Empire. Hundreds of Wars were fought by many nations and Creeds
on our land. Our history is rich of such events. By translating these
historical events in the forms of games will result in a terrific story line.
Aided by excellent graphics, we will ensure the quality of our products.
This will create a boom in the whole world because despite of our rich

culture and history, teenagers around the world dont know any such
thing about us. They will be thrilled to learn and play at the same time.
Legal form of ownership will be partnership among the founders
of our company. Excellent programing skills and experience of different
gaming platforms are our strengths.

market however; we are not a big firm as EA games or other such big
names in this industry.

Different gaming forums will be used by us as our market. We
will also use app stores like google play store and windows store to
upload our products. Advertisement will also take place on social
networking sites. We can also hire a marketing expert for our marketing.

Operational Plan
Basically there will be two types of operations going on in our
software house
Management Operations
Development Operations
Management operations will have to do with our marketing and HR,

whereas development operations would have to do with the real game

development. For management CEO and Lead marketing expert will work
together to make a healthy environment for the employees, and for the real
magic the developers will work and also the QA team will make sure that
our brand name maintains a specific standard.
For development well use high end computer systems with good
graphical processor so the engineers have a good time developing it.
Initially the Unreal Engine would be the only engine to make games. It is a
very powerful engine and gives many features such as pixel shaders, 3D
objects shadowing and rendering with other high end features. Recently the
Unreal Engine 5 has been released, giving new possibilities for the game
development. For storylines well have a little library where the developers
and other employees will get together to learn about new games possibilities
and also search for stories are that not much known.

Management & Organization

CEO
With Business background preferably with understanding of game
development, methodology and good entrepreneurial skills. The
personnel at this post will be responsible for the development of
companys financial assets.

Lead Developer
With good understanding of game development skills preferably
with computer science background. Lead developer will be responsible
for the development of new games and ideas.

Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

With good understanding of game development skills, preferably

with computer science background. QA engineer will ensure that the
product of Creed games meets a specific quality standard.

Marketing Expert
With Business background preferably and good marketing skills.
He will be responsible for the, marketing of new games and to introduce
these games across various platforms and various markets.

Startup Expenses
Startup expenses for our company will include the cost of at
least 5 personnel computers for developers. Each PC will cost
approximately 20,000 PRs. But we can also use our laptops as a
replacement. Some necessary softwares for game development and
graphic designing will also be required. Game development softwares
will cost approx. 1000 USD per software whereas graphics designing
software will cost 100 USD. Hence a staring net expense will be
approximately equal to 2000 USD.
