We are pleased to confirm that we are engaging your services as project personnel effective

1. The need for your services being determinable and for a specific project, your
engagement will be for the duration of said project of the company, namely, specific
project name which is expected to be finished on specific end date or upon cessation or
stoppage of operations or activities of said project or the specific phase wherein you are
assigned to. If we find it necessary to renew this agreement either because of the
extended term needed to complete the project or phase thereof, or because we need
futher time to determine your competence on the job, the company shall have the option
to renew or extend the period of this agreement for such time as it may be necessary.

2. At any time during the period of this agreement, or any extensions thereof, we may
terminate your service without extension thereof and without benefit of termination pay
and/or prior notice (a) If we should find that you are not qualified, competent or efficient
in the above-stated position for which you are hired; (b) if we find that you are physically
Or medically unfit for the job; (c) if you violate any of the Companys rules and
regulations which you should know and study immediately upon hiring; (d) for any of the
just causes recognized by laws and jurisprudence on the matter.
3. You wil render eight (8) hours of work everyday in accordance with the working
hours/shifts/departments to which you may assigned or reassigned from time to time in
accordance with the operational requirements for the completion of the aforementioned
Specific project, or any phase thereof, of the Company. You shall not perform any work
outside of the assigned time or excess of eight (8) hours a day without the express
written consent of the duly designated officers of the company.

4. The Company shall not be responsible for any expenses you may incur in the execution
of the duties of your position, unless such expenses have been duly authorized prior to
their occurrence.
5. Your contractual engagement does not entitle you to vacation and /or sick leaves, nor to
any other benefit that is or may hereafter be granted to regular and permanent personnel
of the Company.
6. You agree that all records and documents of the Company and all information pertaining
To its business or affairs are confidential, and that you will make no unauthorized
disclosure or reproduction of the same at any time during or afteryour employment with
us.
7. You agree that all Company records, documents, and properties in your custody or
control shall be immediately surrendered to the company, if requested during the period
of engagement and at the termination thereof, whether or not requested.

CONTRACT FOR PROBATIONARY PERSONNEL

(For Staff Members Under Probation)

1. This probationary engagement is for a period not to exceed six (6) months, commencing
on specify start date until before the latter date that your services will be continued.
During this six month (6) period, you will be working with us on trial basis and your
conversion to permanent status shall be determined on the basis of such standards as
satisfactory work performance, acceptability of the terms of this engagement
agreement, qualifications and suitability for the permanent job, and operational
requirements of the Company. In the event the Company, pursuant to law, terminates
your services during this period of probation, you will be entitled to collect only your
wages up to the end of working hours of the lastday of the actual service.
2. You shall give your entire time and attention to the work assigned to you during the
working hours of this Company and shall be paid the salary and allowances stated
above.
3. You agree to abide by all the Companys rules and regulations which you should study
and know immediately upon hiring, and to refrain, during your engagement with the
Company, from working for another employer whether within or outside your working
hours with the Company, without the prior written consent of the Company. You agree to
give immediate notice to the Company of any such engagement which you may have.
4. You agree to abide by the established working hours of his Company and waive any
right to compensation for time lost from the established working hours. You shall not
perform any overtime work on any weekdays, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal
holidays, unless specifically directed by your supervisor in each instance.

leaves, nor to any other benefit that is or may hereafter be granted to regular and
