A-83-7P a REPORT ‘OF AUTOPSY An Sutonsy was performed on the body of Steven Fisher on the third day of March 1983 at Northwest Community Hospital, 1818 48th Street, ves Moines, IA 50310, EXTERNAL EXAMINATION The body is partially clothed with blue jeans with blood Stains and dirt; holes in right upper thigh, right knec. It is that of a medium built, lean muscular, well developed well proportioned, apparently well nourished, young white male, appearing to be of the stated age of 22 years. The body measures 5 feet and 6 inches and weighs an estimated 150 pounds. The body rigidity is fully developed in all joints. The lividity ‘© fixed 2 ‘i The body shows no decompositions. The body hair distribution is that of a normal male. Scalp hair is brown, short and straight. ‘The deceased wears a snort mustache. The eyes are natural and show hazel irides and white sclerae. The ears, nose, lips and oral mucosa are not remarkable ex- cept for injuries which will be described below. ‘The upper and lower jaws contain natural teeth. The spleen is of normal size and shape. ALIMENTARY SYSTEM: The esophagus, stomach, small and large intestines are not remarkable. Ths Kidneys are of normal shape and size, and symmetrical. The capsule is stripped easily. The ‘external surface is homo- genous, reddish gray and smooth. The cue surface is not gemarkable.
