3.1 Design Philosophy
Architecture is the mutual relationship of the historical past, present
developments and innovative future to satisfy the experience of the users within the
designed space.
3.2 Design Concept
Interactive and Livable Office Spaces
The proposed BPO Office will aim to
achieve a mindset of an office as your home
comfortable, livable and relaxing yet every working
personnel is productive and efficient with their
tasks.

3.3 Site Development Concept

The proposed development will feature a campus style site layout a site design
concept that aims to establish connectivity clarity and community of buildings within a
complex development. The workplace will impose a positive and healthy environment to
encourage informal and creative meetings throughout the complex. The built form and the
designed spaces are integrated so that each defines the other.

3.4 Form Concept

The building form is inspired with a
dancing box a form concept that will feature
dynamic rhymes in an open field site sculpted by
transforming quadrilateral shape to a more playful
and edgeless structure forms.
3.5 Utility Concept

The buildings utility was inspired

by a humans knee and feet bone. A
utility core of the call center tower
and the podium will be synced in a
single utility core.

Electrical and Data Wiring Conceptual

Solution: Planted Raised Floor System
A raised access floor comprises of load
bearing floor panels laid in a horizontal grid
supported by vertical pedestals to provide an under floor space
for the housing and distribution of services
Structural Design Solution: Tube In Tube System
This variation of the framed tube consists of an outer frame tube, the
Hull, together with an internal elevator and service core. The Hull and
core act jointly in resisting both gravity and lateral loading.

3.6 Design Goal

The Proposed LinTechnopark (Linking Technologies) aims to improve the economy
of Muntinlupa while at the same time to promote ecological stability through injecting
energy-efficient design systems, developing a healthy and interactive working ambiance and
using the built and natural environment as a tool to promote social interaction among the
users of the development.
3.4 Design Considerations and Corresponding Strategies

Flexibility and Adaptability

An open planning type will address the need for space flexibility.
Flexible utility solutions like planted concrete raised flooring will solve
the complex wiring path requirements of BPO centers.

Functional / Operational

The environment in which you work has an important on the effectiveness of the
workplace. Although there are various factors that make an efficient designed office
environment, ultimately making your staff feel comfortable and keeping them happy can
improve staff productivity and overall business performance.

Sustainability

Responsive Building Faade will maximize the

use of natural daylighting without suffering from too
much solar glare as well lessening the requirement for artificial cooling loads such as airconditioning units.

Safety and Security

Proper zoning and control of access for different types of

users will defy the safety and security requirements for the proposed development. The
general public will only be allowed to access commercial spaces and open parks to protect
the confidentiality of work within BPO offices.

Convenience

A comfortable working environment includes such as office

equipment, layout of desks, temperature, air quality, lighting and noise,
which all in turn staff productivity and well-being.
