INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE

1. Candidates shall be present at the Examination Centre 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
2. No candidate shall be admitted to the Examination Room/Hall after the commencement of the examination. i.e after 02:00 PM
3. No candidate without having Admit Card shall be allowed to sit in the examination by the Centre Superintendent.
4. The admit card is to be submitted at the examination centre.
5. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination Room/Hall before the conclusion of the test and without handing over the Answer
book and Test Booklet to the Invigilator concerned. Failure to do so would result in cancellation of candidature.
6. The candidates shall not remove any page(s) from the Test Booklet and if any page(s) is/are found missing from his/her Test Booklet, he/she will
be proceeded against and shall be liable for criminal action.
7. Calculators, Log tables, Calculating devices, Mobile Phones. Pagers & Other Communication Devices, Side Rules, Geometry Box and
Textual material etc. are not allowed inside the premises where examination is being conducted. The examination centre shall not make any
arrangement to keep the mobile phones in safe custody.
8. The candidates eligible for amanuensis have to make his/her own arrangement for scribe. CBSE does not provide any amanuensis. Such candidates
shall be allowed extra time of 40 minutes.
9. The candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils all the eligibility conditions. If at any time it is observed that he/she is not meeting the
minimum eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall be summarily rejected.
10. Shortlisted candidates shall be called for further selection process. The list of these candidates shall also be uploaded on the CBSE website
www.cbse.nic.in.
11. Any infringement of instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
12. No T.A. is admissible for appearing in the said test.
