Office Hours/Work
o The office is on the second floor of the Poly United Methodist Church
(PUMC) on campus
Member Expectations
o Active members must participate in SGA meetings and events.
o Prepare a report each semester or upon departure to the SGA office.
o Spend at least one hour in the SGA office.
o Compose legislation on behalf of the constituents.
o Meet with the Dean of the school they are representing at least once a
month, minimum.
o Notify Secretary Sanchez at least 24 hours before the called business
meeting if you know you will be absent. Emergencies resulting in an
absence must be notified to the Secretary ASAP.

Semester Goals
President Mendez discusses his goals for the fall 2014 semester:
o Doras
SGA will purchase 3 TVs for the new Doras renovation
o Fire Pit Project
By the volleyball court
o Parking Plans
Parking has become an issue on campus and President Mendez
will be meeting with President Slabach regarding the situation
o Transportation & Smoking Policy
These topics will also be discussed with President Slabach based
on student concerns
