THE OBJECTIVE
POLICY REVIEW
This policy will continue to be in force unless superseded by a revised policy.

PURPOSE
---- is committed to the well-being of its employees and to enable employees to perform
their work in a productive manner, which does not jeopardize their own safety or the
safety of others. ---- aims to foster an attitude among employees that it is unacceptable to
come to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs. As well as damaging the health of
smokers, there is strong scientific evidence that passive smoking is hazardous to health.
GUIDELINES
---------- strictly prohibits alcohol and drugs in the office premises. ---------does not permit the consumption, possession & distribution of alcohol or
drugs in the office premises.
Intake of alcohol or drugs while entering the office premises is strictly
prohibited.
Smoking
To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and
well-being of all employees and visitors to our premises, ---------- is an entirely
smoke free workplace. Thus, there has been special area allotted as Smoking zone.
Employees are expected to smoke in those designated areas.
Smoking is prohibited in all work and other common areas. This includes
conference and meeting rooms, private offices, hallways, entrances, meal rooms,
stairs, restrooms, employer owned or leased vehicles, and all enclosed facilities.
