recruitingforaStructuralSteelEstimator/ProjectManager,to
immediatelyjointheirteamandhaveakeyroleinthegrowthofthe
businessintothefuture.
OurclientsaregenerallyT1/T2contractorsandprovideusthe
opportunitytoworkgenerallywithintheInfrastructure,Commercialand
Miningsectors.
Ideallyyouwillcomefromaprojectengineeringortradebackground,
somesitetravelwillberequiredwithinthisrole.
YourMainResponsibilities
Thekeyareasofresponsibilityare:
Preparation,formulatingandsubmittingtenderdocumentationon
time
Contractnegotiationwithclientsandcontractors
Highlevelofcustomerservice,incorporatingexcellentcommandof
writtenandoralEnglishlanguage
Liaisingwithanumberofkeystakeholdersincludingclients,
commercial,engineeringandlegaldepartments.
TheIdealcandidatewillneedtomeetthefollowing
Demonstratedexperienceinsteelfabrication,constructioncosting
andestimationwithminimum5+yearsworkingexperiencefortop
tiercontractoronmajorinfrastructure,constructionprojects
Highlevelofcompetenceinalltechnicalaspectsofproject
estimating
Strongtechnicalskillstoadviseonthetenderproposalincludingrisk
management
IntermediatetoadvancedcompetenceinMicrosoftOfficeProducts
especiallyExcelandProject.
Demonstratedexperienceincompilingsubmissionsfor
tenders/quotes/bids
