I havent gone through everything, but noticed that the reference to the Minimum Guarantee being $60M hasnt been
redacted in the second line of paragraph 6 of the Term Sheet. Similarly Sonys distribution fee for the International
Distribution of the First Tribute Special hasnt been redacted in paragraph 9. I know that the $60M figure has been
reported in the press, but just want to make sure that disclosure of this information in what is being provided is
intended and not inadvertent especially if there is any concern that the documents could get disclosed
notwithstanding the attempts to prevent that.

1. each of your respective clients consents to the production of the attached redacted version of the motion
picture agreement and the attached unredacted version of the Sony guaranty to Katherine Jackson and her
attorneys and to the filing of such documents with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, in In the Estate of
Michael Joseph Jackson, Case No. BP 117321 (such that they will be a matter of public record); and

2.
each of your respective clients consent to the production of the unredacted version of the motion picture
agreement to Katherine Jackson and her attorneys on the terms set forth in the attached confidentiality agreement.
On behalf of my client AEG Live, LLC, I hereby confirm that AEG Live consents to the production of the attached
redacted version of the motion picture agreement and the attached unredacted version of the Sony guaranty
to Katherine Jackson and her attorneys and to the filing of such documents with the court; and that AEG Live further
consents to the production of the unredacted version of the motion picture agreement to Katherine Jackson and her
attorneys on the terms stated in the attached confidentiality agreement.

Upon receipt of a confirming email from each of you on behalf of your respective clients, I will deliver the attached
confidentiality agreement, the attached redacted version of the motion picture agreement and the attached
unredacted version of the Sony guaranty to Dean Hansell, Esq. and Burt Levitch, Esq. via email.
