On May 3,2010 Windham Professionals (Windham) received correspondence from your office detailing
the concerns of Peter Gosselin. Mr Gosselin's complaint contained numerous allegations spawning, it
appears, from a wage garnishment order associated with the debt placed in our office.
Mr. Gosselin was refunded the monies garnished on May 6, 2010. Mr. Gosselin's account is closed at
Windham and has been recalled by the client.

The Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau ("Bureau") received the enclosed
complaint about your business. We believe it may be possible for this complaint to be resolved
through voluntary mediation. Mediation is simply the process of a neutral unbiased third party
intervening between conflicting parties to promote reconciliation, settlement or compromise.
We believe that an open mind and a spirit of cooperation by all parties are the keys to success in
the mediation.
