Dworkin Barimen
The architect of Amber itself, he drew the original Amber Family Trumps, inscribed the original Primal Pattern, and
transcribed the Book of the Unicorn.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Unknown.

Oberon
He was conceived by Dworkin and the Unicorn and thought to be the only known member of the First Generation of
Amberites.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Thought to have perished as a result of re-drawing the Pattern during
the Patternfall War.
The Children of Cymnea

* Benedict
First born of Oberon and a god of warfare. Apparently blessed with more patience and common sense than either of
his full brothers. Great Grandfather of Dara.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: He was last sighted in Avalon.

* Finndo
Suffered for hanging around Osric too much. Thought to have died fighting in a war off in shadow shortly after Osric
did.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Thought to be deceased.

* Osric
He killed three of the House of Karm in a vendetta. Acquitted by Oberon at a hearing but was subsequently sent to the
front lines in a nasty war and supposedly killed.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Thought to be deceased.
The Children of Faiella

* Eric
Crowned himself King of Amber and then had a bad run in with a manticore.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Deceased.

* Corwin
Took over after Eric died. Drew his own Pattern with the Jewel of Judgment during the Patternfall War. Fathered
Merlin with Dara.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Unknown. Last seen teleporting from the middle of his own Pattern.

* Deirdre
Supposedly the most beloved of the Princesses of Amber. Corwin had a huge crush on her. Wields a mean battle axe.
Dragged into the Abyss by Brand at the end of the Patternfall War.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: The Abyss.

Second to Fiona in sorcery, second to Benedict with a blade, and second to none in charm.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Last seen off in shadow working on a top secret experiment with
Delwin.

* Fiona
Sorceress extraordinaire and master manipulator.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Last seen in Castle Amber.

* Brand
Incredibly powerful sorcerer. Seemingly mentally ill. Underwent a ritual at the Keep of the Four Worlds to become a
Living Trump. A bit of a megalomaniac. Supposedly killed by Caine at the end of the Patternfall War, but he fell into
the Abyss so its hard to be sure just what exactly happened to him. Fathered Rinaldo (a.k.a. Luke) with Jasra.

Tricky and sneaky beyond reckoning he is the epitome of subterfuge. It is rumored that Rinaldo killed himor at least
someone very much like him.

* Julian
Guardian of Arden and a clever political tactician behind the scenes.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Arden.

* Gerard
Protector of the Seas, he is the head of Ambers Navy. He is well liked by his siblings and perhaps the most
universally trusted. He is also the most skilled healer of all of them. His lack of guile should not be confused with a
lack of intellect.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: At sea patrolling the Golden Circle.
The Children of Dybelle

* Flora
The most beautiful of all the Princesses of Amber, she is literally the queen of protocol. She has a knack for being on
the winning side of any conflict and it is only her charm that keeps her from seeming downright conniving.

Tends to prefer Rebma over Amber, but will come through for the clan in a pinch.

The Children of Harla

* Delwin
Twin of Sand. Rumored to have unique magical powers. He has never returned to Amber since he left.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Last seen off in shadow working on a top secret experiment with
Bleys.

* Sand
Twin of Delwin. Vanished without a trace centuries ago. Her trump no longer functions and she is thought to be dead.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Thought to be deceased.
The Children of Paulette

* Random
The youngest of Oberon's male heirs, he was chosen by the Unicorn to be the King of Amber at the end of the
Patternfall War. His cunning and shrewdness have allowed him to be a surprisingly wise and diplomatic King. Married
to Vialle and fathered Martin with Morganthe.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Last seen in Castle Amber.

Mirelle
Of a kind and innocent spirit, she dedicated herself to serving the Unicorn. She left Amber as a missionary for the
Church of the Unicorn immediately after walking the Pattern and has never returned.

The Children of Deela

Dalt
Sworn enemy of Amber because his mother was supposedly raped by Oberon while a prisoner. Currently he is the
Master at Arms of Kashfa under King Rinaldo I.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Kashfa.
The Children of Kinta

Coral
Illegimate Daughter of Oberon and the wife of the Begman Prime Minister. Dworkin installed the Jewel of Judgement
within her eye socket and apparently gave her some control over it. She is married to Rinaldo I, King of Kashfa, but
pregnant with Merlin's child.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Kashfa.

Son of Random and Morganthe. Assaulted by Brand on the Primal Pattern. A bit of a rebel, he is trying to develop a
closer relationship with his father.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Unknown.

Merlin
Son of Corwin and Dara. Currently the King of Chaos more through the mechinations of others then through his own
desire. Initiate of both the Logrus and the Pattern as well as trained in trump artistry, he is a powerful sorcerer.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: The Courts of Chaos.

Rinaldo (a.k.a. Luke)

Son of Brand and Jasra. Currently King of Kashfa and married to Coral. He is the bearer of the Pattern blade
Werewindle. He has undergone a minor power ritual in the Font of Power at the Keep of Four Worlds.
Location at the beginning of Amber Enchanted: Kashfa.

Vialle
Queen of Amber, wife of Random. A blind Lady of Rebma Random was forced to wed and then happened to fall in
love with. She has a knack for diplomacy and Random values her counsel greatly.
