States to attend a conference convened in Paris for the government and the opposition to state its
interests and aspirations and to come to an agreement in the most diplomatic and peaceful manner
possible and hopes that, even if the conference fails to exact any diplomatic solution, the
relationship between the government and the opposition will be strengthened in order to look
forward to future dialogue,
