Cuztomise is an Enterprise Mobility company created by a team of Georgia Tech, Clemson


and IIT alums, dedicated to improve Sales Monitoring across verticals.
We believe that real-time monitoring of Sales Professionals can ensure a complete and fair
reporting of sales activities resulting in greater utilizations, more conversions and better
product roadmaps.

Cuztomise can help Polmann in streamlining its Sales Process in India in the following ways:

Location of Sales Professionals


A constant location update of Sales Professionals to ascertain whether they have
actually reached a manufacturing site/client or not.
Impact: Knowing that locations are being reported, Sales Professionals have now kept
away from reporting fake or non-existing visits.

Time Monitoring
Through the mobile application, the Sales Professionals have to report their visit
times. Additionally the system ensures that an approximate time of their visits is also
automatically recorded.
Impact: Administrators are now able to effectively measure the amount of time a Sales
Professional is actually investing in daily visits.

Reports
System generates daily reports and intelligent notifications about all the Sales
Professionals visits empowering you for better sales planning.
Impact: Review of Sales Professionals which used to take every week, fortnight or in a
month now can be done at any point of time due to completely automated process.

Internal Communication
This system has incorporated a 2-way communication channel between admins and
sales on field. People can exchange messages and product literatures with individuals
and groups also.
Impact: System communication has started to take off as it is much easier to
communicate on the system than writing emails or tele-calls for quick conversations.

Easy Entry & Exit Barriers


We have designed our product in a way that Enterprises can easily adopt our system and
similarly easily exit our systems in case they are not satisfied with the product.

On-boarding: We provide complete and easy on-boarding for your existing data. Data
can be loaded in the system in form of xls or csv sheets. Our support team will be
happy to provide assistance in on-boarding process.

ERP Integrations: This software can be integrated with all the major ERP systems like
Salesforce or SAP. It can also be integrated with customised ERP solutions.

Availability on all Platforms: Currently the application is available on Android


Platform. A new IOS application will be coming in 2 weeks. The application can also be
accessed on basic feature phones.

Security & Data Backups


We offer all our clients bank grade security with 256-bit encryption over the network. Our
databases are distributed over cloud and secured with an API layer which has in-built two
factor authentication ensuring no unauthorized access.
Our servers backup data automatically 8 times a day, ensuring a fail-safe mechanism in case
of any adversity.

Pricing (Excluding Taxes) & Trial


We believe that until and unless our client sees value in our offering theres no point of
billing him. For the same, we will be more than happy to start a trial period with Polmann
India for a period of 4 6 weeks so that Polmann India can actually assess if the system is
beneficial to them or not.

Complete technical and on boarding support will be provided during the trial period
to ensure maximum utilization of the system.

The pricing starts from INR 599/Professional/Month (essentially INR 20 per day per
person).
Additionally, I have pursued my Senior Management to offer special discount for
Polmann India.
