This refers to your application and subsequent interview with us. We
are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the post of
____________for a fixed tenure for one year on the following terms &
conditions:
The terms and conditions of your appointment are as under:
Your appointment will be effective from 02nd April 2009 to 01st April
2010. The said appointment shall automatically come to an end, on
expiry of the aforesaid period, unless the same is extended in writing,
by the company.
You will be paid gross emoluments as detailed in Annexure A.
Your employment with us will be governed by the Terms & Conditions

(iii) During your employment with the company, you will be provided
proper training to in depth your skills and understanding the policy of
the Company.
2. Incentive
You will be provided the incentive on monthly target achieved by you
as per norms of the company from time to time.
3. Target Achievement
You have to meet the monthly target as assigned to you by the head of
your department/Seniors/Company from time to time, In case of non fulfillment of the target at any time during the tenure of your service,
it will be the discretionary power of the management to terminate
your job.
4. Review of salary:
Your salary will be reviewed in the month of April of every financial
year upon the basis of your performance, behavior, discipline,
attitude, competence & achievements etc.
(ii)
Consumption of Tobacco, Pan Masala, and Alcohol etc. in the
office is prohibited, any violation on this account may attract
disciplinary action.
(iii) You shall entertain any outsider or even an ex-employee of the
group during office hours only as per the norms of the company.
(iv) You shall supervise and manage your team and arrange and
conduct training programs for your team, the cost of which shall be
borne by the company, as per company norms so as to enhance and
achieve the required level of competence.
(v) You shall not open or create or design any alliance or front or
politics among the staff members and shall not participate in any
activities related to it, for your oblique motives or for the detriment of
the company.
(vi)
You will have to obtain prior written permission from the
company before applying for any employment in any organization, but
such permission cannot be constructed as waiver of the terms and
conditions of your employment.
(vii) You shall have to execute a bond, which shall be binding upon
meaning thereby that you will not leave the services during the tenure
of the bond, However, when you wish to leave the services before the
period mentioned in the Bond, then it will be subject to the conditions
laid down and agreed upon by you in the said bond.

(xii) Should the organization at any time by willing to sponsor you for
any training programmed abroad it shall be obligatory on your part to
execute a service bond undertaking to serve the organization for
minimum period as may be specified at the sole discretion of
Management, and as per the terms and conditions set out by the
organization.
9. Termination of service:

(iii) In case you remain absent for eight days continuously including
holiday or overstay the sanctioned leave for eight days under
any circumstances. In such a case, it would be deemed that you
have abandoned your job and will have no claim to
reinstatement and/ or any compensation thereof.
10. General:
You shall be subject to the various rules, regulations, administrative
policies and other policies of the company, which are time being in
force or shall be formed and enforced from time to time. The
management has absolute power and right to cease or to modify /
review the regulations and the said policies from time to time with or
without intimation to you.
At the same time, it should be noted that it is an offer letter only and
its validity is restricted to receipt of your confirmation in this regard.
