FIELD DEMONSTRATION 2014

REMINDER: In a few minutes, we will start our program, so we would like to request our
dear students, teachers, parents, and guests to please proceed to their respective places.

MS. LOVE:

To our dear students, members of the board of trustees, teachers, parents,

and guests, good afternoon. We are gathered here today to celebrate the 30 th
Founding Anniversary of our dear school, Gideon Academy, Inc.

SIR FRANCIS:

Yes, thats correct. Earlier today, we had our Thanksgiving service which was
held at our auditorium. At this point, we will now move on to the presentation
prepared by each level.

MS. LOVE:

Right. And to start our afternoon program, we would like to call Loren Bianca
P. Shi of High 4-Elioenai to lead us in an invocation. Please all rise and let us
honor God through a prayer.

SIR FRANCIS:

Thank you, Loren! Children and parents, if you wish to sit on the floor, you
may do so. Again, we would like to welcome you to the second part of our
program for today, the field demonstration of each level, in celebration of our
30th Founding Anniversary.

MS. LOVE:

And this years theme is Gods abundant grace, renewed day by day. Just
like what our theme is saying, this is very evident in our institution because we
wont be able to reach this point if not because of Gods love and blessings to
us.

SIR FRANCIS:

Yes, thats correct. And also, we, the whole school, the teachers, board
members, and the administration team, are very honoured to be used by God
to do His will and encourage students to be closer to Him. Just like today, we
will once again honour God by giving him back all the glory and praises. The
students will showcase their God-given gifts and talents through different
exhibitions today.

MS. LOVE:

Right. As we all know, our children really prepared hard for this event. Are you
ready guys? (Solicit cheers from the kids and parents.) Yeah! Parents, we

know that you are all excited to see your children perform today, that is why,
for a more orderly flow of the program, we would like to advise you that
parents of those children who are performing are only the ones who can go in
front to take photos. Also, students, parents, and guests, please note that we
should not go beyond the barriers set in each corner of the ground. Thank you.

SIR FRANCIS:

We really prepared for this field demonstration that is why we will now start
with our first performers. Dancing in tunes of Space Jam, Eye of the Tiger
and Kung Fu Fighting, lets give it up for High 4-Elioenai and Grade 8Hezekiah!

MS. LOVE:

Thank you High 4 and Grade 8 for that spectacular performance. Do you want
more performance? So lets not delay the moment, dancing in the tunes of Te
Amo and Beat of your Heart, let us all welcome, Grade 9-Titus!

SIR FRANCIS:

That is a wonderful number, Titus! Thank you so much! This time, we are all
excited to see our little girls and boys what they prepared for us today.

Thank you pre-school! That was really an energizing and an amazing

performance! Lets move on to our next performers. They are going to dance
with an exhibition using batons, in mash-up songs I like to Move It, Wiggle,
Wiggle, Timber, and What does the Fox Say?, lets give it up for Grade 1Joel and Grade 1-Jonah!

GRADE 1-JOEL AND GRADE 1-JONAHS PERFORMANCE

SIR FRANCIS:

Thank you, kids for a tremendous performance. Awesome! You guys want
more? Yes, and without further ado, let us call our next performers. They are
going to demonstrate a dance using hoops, in the tune Fireworks by Katy
Perry, let us welcome, Grade 5-Zecariah!

GRADE 5-ZECARIAHS PERFORMANCE

MS. LOVE:

Thank you for that great number, Grade 5! We are really entertained especially
with your colourful loops! Lets give them another round of applause! And now
well move on to our next performers. This time, we will again witness a
combined level of Grade 4 and Grade 6-Shelemiah, also with their batons. Let
us give them a big round of applause as they perform in the tunes of
Insomnia, Break Free and Whoops, Kiri!.

GRADE 4 AND GRADE 6-SHELEMIAHS PERFORMANCE

SIR FRANCIS:

Thank you, Grades 4 and 6 for that powerful and impressive performance!
Nice! Let us now move on to our next part wherein they are going to present a
dance number with tambourines. Dancing in the tunes of Waka-Waka,
Chocolate, and Follow the Leader, let us all welcome, Grade 2 and Grade 3
students!

GRADE 2 AND GRADE 3S PERFORMANCE

MS. LOVE:

What an outstanding and jaw-dropping performance, Grades 2 and 3! Thank

you so much! We will now proceed to our last performance from our students.
They are going to dance with their sticks/batons in the tune of On the Floor
popularized by Jennifer Lopez, also known as J. Lo, lets give it up for Grade
7-Zephaniah and Grade 10-Azaniah!

GRADE 7-ZEPHANIAH AND GRADE 10-AZANIAHS PERFORMANCE

SIR FRANCIS:

Thank you Grade 7-Zephaniah and Grade 10-Azaniah for that astonishing and
wonderful performance. That was really great! But of course, it is not only the

students who prepared for this day, but also us, including selected parents of
our kids. Are you excited to see what we have in store for you?

MS. LOVE:

Well, then, dancing in the tunes of Hold Me by Jamie Grace and Happy by
Pharell Williams, let us all welcome the Gideon Academy Inc. faculty, staff and
selected parents! Let us give them a big round of applause!

Whoooh! That was great, right Ms. Love?

MS. LOVE:

Yes. And now I can feel that I already lost pounds from my weight. Just
kidding. Now to give us a close for todays program and for some
announcements, let us welcome our Acting Academic Coordinator, Ms. Sharon
S. Alfonso.
