1. INTRODUCTION
The eProcurement System enables the bidders to download the Tender
Schedules free of cost and then to submit the bids online through this portal.
This user manual helps the Department User / Bidder to carry out the activities
as indicated.

3. PRE-REQUISITES
• Broadband Internet connection should be available.
• One should have administrative rights to install the DSC driver software.
• When the system is switched on, the DSC must be attached with the USB
port.

Depending on the roles assigned, the department users will carry out the
relevant activities which will be briefed in detail in the User Manual.

Enter the Login ID and password provided by the Nodal Officer and click
‘Login’. Login and password are case sensitive.

When this option is selected, the following page is displayed with the Personal and
Contact details of the Department User.
The Department User can make the necessary changes and then click ‘Next’. The
following page is displayed.
The Department User has to answer the CAPTCHA question and then click ‘Submit’.
Note:
(CAPTCHA is the abbreviation for ‘Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell
Computers and Humans Apart’. This is a method to ensure that only humans
register.)
Enter the Old Password and New Password. Confirm New Password by entering it
again and then click ‘Submit’.
Insert the DSC Card into the Card Reader. Choose the Digital Signature Certificate
relevant to the Department User from the list and then click ‘Submit’.
When the registration of Digital Signature certificate is completed, the following page
is displayed.
The Digital Signature Certificate registered will be used to digitally sign the document
uploaded by the Department User.
Choose the Encryption certificate relevant to the Department User from the list and
then click ‘Submit’.
