INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
1. This Admit Card will only be valid subject to eligibility of the candidates, If any ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature will be treated as cancelled
automatically.
2. Check the particulars in the Admit Card carefully. Error, if any, should immediately be reported to Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi - 029.
3. After entering in the Examination Centre premises, all candidates will be under surveillance, hence advised not to indulge into any unlawful activities
which will be monitored & will invite disqualification and legal action.
4. Candidates must bring one recent stamp size (2 cm x 3 cm) photograph to be handed over to the invigilator. Write name and roll number on back of
photograph with the help of pen provided by the Invigilator at the Examination Centre..
5. Candidates must also bring ID proof containing clear photograph.
6. The examination will be a Computer Based Test (CBT)/online. Check the seating plan and Identify the Room/Lab allotted as per your Hall Ticket number.
7. Entry to Examination Hall is strictly subject to production of Admit Card and valid Identity Proof.
8. Pen/pencil, Cell phones, I Pod, portable (external) hard disk, pen drive, data card, pagers, calculators, wrist watches, blue tooth or any electronic devices
are strictly prohibited. Violation will lead to expulsion from the examination. No arrangements have been made at the centres for their custody.
9. All kind of wrist watches are strictly prohibited.
10. Do not carry any article, except Admit Card, Photograph and any identification proof to prove your identity in the examination hall.
11. Do not attempt to give or obtain irregular assistance of any kind in the examination hall and copying of questions is prohibited.
12. Improper conduct will entail expulsion from the examination.
13. ANSWERING METHOD:
Candidates are advised to go through the Mock Test for computer based Test (online examination). Link for mock test is available on his/her "My Page". Mock
test is meant for creating awareness about the test delivery system. Contents, timing & Instruction are for sample only and actual instruction and other content will be
different on the day of the examination.
14. For each correct (MCQ) response, four marks will be awarded. Zero mark will be given for questions not answered. . Incorrect answer will entail negative mark of
1 (one). Under CBT Online examination, response needs to be saved for evaluation, Answers marked for Review will NOT be considered for evaluation,
unless saved.
15. AIIMS reserves all rights to verify identity and genuineness of each candidate by taking thumb impression and snapshot (photograph) of the candidate or by any
other means.
16. Preserve a copy of the Admit Card til completion of selection process as the same will be collected back at examination centre.
17. Failure to comply with these instructions will entail expulsion/ cancellation of candidature or appropriate legal action.
18. No entry after 09:50 AM. (Exam. Centre Main Gate shall be closed for entry at 9:50 AM Sharp)
19. Candidate cannot leave before completion of computer based test (i.e. 180 minutes)
20. In case, any complaint regarding discrepancy of questions, the candidates may write to Sub-Dean (Exams), AIIMS, New Delhi within 24 hours of examination.
