MASS CHANGE Please note there will be no 9.30am Mass at Our Lady of Peace on Friday, Mass
will be at 7.30pm in St Gilberts.
LOST PROPERTY There is a selection of items which have been left behind in the Church, these
will be on the table at the back of the Church for the next two weekends, please claim.

WALK WITH ME a Lenten journey of Prayer book for 2015, is now available, priced 1.
KIDS ALIVE Lenten booklets as we journey towards Easter. Priced 1.50. available in Church
porches.
VOLUNTEERS FOR SANDWICH MAKING FOR THE LONDON RUN are needed on Monday
mornings, 7.15am-8.15am at St Peters Cornerstone, including coffee and cakes afterwards.
Reasonably muscular help setting up and taking down tables would be good but not essential.
Please contact Fr Andy or just turn up.

TEACHING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED (X 2) St Josephs Catholic High School has two vacancies
for Teaching Assistants to work 30 hours per week (8.30am 3pm) Monday to Friday during term
time plus 5 inset days. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with GCSE (or equivalent) Maths
and English at grade C or above. Training will be given. Please see the school website for further

ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT every Monday at Our Lady of Peace from 7.00pm
to 8.00pm. All welcome to join in Contemplating the Face of Christ through prayer, praise and
stillness. There is also Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with Worship, Scripture, Silence and
Divine Mercy Prayer at St Andrews every Thursday from 8.30am 9.30am. All welcome.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING Come, hear and learn more about Human Trafficking from Kevin Hyland,
The Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner, and Fiona Mactaggart, MP for Slough, on Monday,
23rd February from 7.30pm-9.00pm, at Holy Redeemer Church, Wexham Road, Slough, SL2 5QR.
You will have the chance to question a panel of speakers. The event is being organised by Slough
Justice and Peace Group. For further details contact 01628 666278.
SIX LENTEN TALKS on The Covenants of God on Tuesday evenings at St Andrews starting on
24th February from 7.00pm to 9.00pm by Derek Williams. All welcome.
TAIZE EVENING at St Joseph's, Gerrards Cross. All are invited to an Ecumenical Taize evening on
Thursday, 26th February at 7.30pm, followed by cakes and tea.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CLASSES The next session is on Saturday, 28th
February from 9.30am 11.00am at St Andrews Church, Cippenham.
Please continue to pray for our children so that they will grow in their
appreciation of the sacraments of Confession and Holy Communion
CONFIRMATION PROGRAM The first Session will be on Tuesday, 3rd
March from 7.00pm to 8.30pm and will be held in ST ANDREWS. The
Sacrament of Confirmation will be conferred by Bishop Peter this year on
Tuesday, 23rd June at 7.30pm in Our Lady of Peace.
BAPTISM PREPARATION COURSE The next Baptism Preparation course that Deacon Marek will
be running begins on Wednesday, 4th March at 6.00pm and will be held in the Sacristy at Our Lady
of Peace. If you wish for your child to be Baptised over the next few months, you will need to attend
the course. This is especially important for first time parents. If you have not already advised that
you will be attending, please contact Yvonne on 01628 605764.
AGM The Anuual General Meeting of the Shared Church Trust (CSCT Ltd) will take place on
Tuesday, 10th March at 7.30pm at St Andrews Church. All parishioners are welcome.
ST PATRICK'S DAY night of celebration in St Andrew's Church on Saturday,
14th March from 6.00pm. Stephen Barker will provide the entertainment with an
Irish music disco. To add to the flavor of the evening if you would like to bring
along an instrument and play, or sing a song on the evening you are most
welcome. Please bring your own snacks, there will be a licensed bar, Irish bingo
and a raffle. Donations of prizes for the raffle will be gratefully accepted. Tickets
are on sale this weekend. Buy a green ticket for 8 to include sausage and chip
supper or a white ticket for 5 if you do not want food. Reduced rates for
children.
RETREATING TOWARDS EASTER For those preparing for Baptism and reception into the Church
this Easter, and for all who are journeying with them, at Pastoral and RE Centre, 33 Westbourne
Road, Luton, LU4 8JD, on Sunday, 22nd March from 3.00pm to 6.00pm, cost 5. To book a place
