INTRODUCTION
B. Cultivation
To prepare the media culture, fresh dates flesh were
weighed and mixed with deionized water with ratio of 1:10.
The mixture was sonicated for 30 minutes and later filtered
to obtain dates extract. Then, the collected extract was mixed
with other nutrients to form the media; the pH was set at 6.0.
The sterilization process was done for 15 min at 121C. The
sample was inoculated for 10 days before harvested.
